Central but still quiet location - it doesn't get much better for holidaymakers without a car. Apartment spacious and clean, furnishings simple and functional, but harmonious and not worn out, so that you feel comfortable. Fantastic view of the Zugspitze massif from the balcony. Plus friendly and personable hosts. We were very satisfied.

This place is amazing Mike and Julia are the best. They also speak English fluently which helped when we needed directions or anything. Highly recommend this place it’s clean, comfortable, cute, decorated with Bavarian furniture and art. Our room had everything we needed Tv, internet, en suite kitchen, bathroom, dining area and balcony. The location is walking distance to everything and price is great, breakfast was delicious. Can’t go wrong here.

Psssst, don't tell anyone...great accommodation in GP that I've had for the last 10 years (I come here every year for training). Great value for money. The rooms are absolutely 70s style, which is absolutely charming! The rooms/apartments are “simple”, but also “simply” good. Clean, mattresses good, breakfast 👌 (good value for money) and the hospitality of the owner couple is fantastic! I'll definitely be back!

Very good accommodation! Best location, great rooms and very tidy. There was even a mini fridge in the room. On the balcony there is a table, chairs and even a lounger. Julia & Mike can often be found and give good tips for excursions/restaurants and more. Gladly again :)

I had the apartment with a nice view from the balcony. The decor is very rustic, but that's a matter of taste. I felt comfortable.The location between the train station, Zugspitzbahn and pedestrian zone is ideal, but sometimes a bit noisy due to the proximity to the street.

We had a wonderful stay with Julia & Mike.The location is simply perfect - a few minutes walk to the city center, the train station and shopping.The breakfast was lovingly prepared and perfect for the price.Julia & Mike were also able to give us lots of great tips - all in all a great stay. ☺️

The location is very good. Close to the train station to Zugspize, close to supermarket and downtown where you can get all you want.The host, Mike and Julia are very good. They are friendly, helpful to provide us with some travel information and very welcoming. The rooms we(2 couples) are clean and neat.Would definitely stay again when I visit Garmisch again in future.

Ideally located, great cozy rooms and good value for the money. The owners are very welcoming and professional. I admit I had severe crush on Mike the husband but i guess i can't compte with his wife Julia. Would definitely come again though !

Great guesthouse perfectly located near the city center of Garmisch. We received the warmest welcome from the owners Julia and Mike and had a great cozy room with a full kitchen, typical bavarian furniture and a good bathroom. The breakfast was also everything we needed and the prices are super honest for such an expensive city. 100% recommend ! Keep up the good work !

Perfect location for Garmisch-Partenkirchen, very central. The place is just really beautiful. The rooms are very comfortably furnished and the hosts are also very friendly and give you good tips for excursions etc. I can only recommend that a stay there is worth it :)

We had a really nice stay with Julia and Mike! Really attentive hosts, we even received vegan breakfast. Was the perfect starting point for trips to the Eibsee and Partnachklamm hike. Got lots of helpful tips.The accommodation was cozy, rustic and more than clean.

u can expect an amazing host and a very cozy mountain environment in this guesthouse. The breakfast was great and well prepared. The two young couple running this family guesthouse for the 3rd generation will give you the best stay in Garmisch-Patenkirchen.The house is perfectly located between the main city center and the train station. The accommodation is cozy and very Bavarian. Thanks to the location of the house you will have a well rest in every room.They will provide you for your stay a helpful guide for hikes and the Zugspitze.We stayed for 3 nights, hiked up to the Eckbauer on one day and the other to Almhütte and St. Martin’s , took the train to Zugspitze and Alpspitze on our last dayWe are looking forward to come back!
