Arrival and departure were great, the landlord came to the apartment as agreed. The existing deficiencies were immediately remedied.There is a very nice play area for children.The bathroom could use some “overhaul”.But we felt very comfortable.

We booked a holiday apartment online. We were really looking forward to the short break. Unfortunately, everything turned out differently than expected.We had stated in advance that we would arrive at 3 p.m. On the same day we tried to reach the accommodation twice, unfortunately without success. When we arrived there at 3 p.m. sharp, we were greeted very unfriendly by this couple.It said, without a hello; You could have also called, now we just have to wait a little longer (even though check-in is stated to be from 3 p.m.).After about 15 minutes of waiting, they wanted to show us the apartment, with very unfriendly communication. This didn't happen because we no longer had the "trust" and they simply left us and drove away. We were then urged to cancel by phone, so we had to find something new.However, we had already paid and are still waiting for our promised money back. They are scammers - be careful!I would never go to this couple again or book a holiday apartment! I have never met anything more outrageous, even though they had no reason whatsoever.They are not worth a star, unfortunately you have to give one.

The apartment is very nicely furnished, a large TV, the location is close to the center and if you are there with a dog, you can quickly get to the hallway.

The facility was very thrown together.A towel and a shower towel were not enough for 11 days.Balcony had a wasp nest and could not be used. When asked, there was no response.

We stayed here with our dog for 5 days. Everything was perfect, nice new bathroom, normal kitchen, large rooms, a large balcony with a beautiful view and a very nice host!We'd love to come back again!

We spontaneously took a room here, price performance for Garmisch is TOP. The bed is new as is the very modern bathroom! Definitely my address for the next overnight stay in Garmisch 👌🏻

We booked for 7 days, the layout of the rooms (number 4) was good, the bathroom was newly renovated, the kitchen was outdated and not clean, the dishes were not complete and worn, loose sockets and an exposed cable are not necessary.

Holiday apartment No. 8 is worn out and cannot be recommended. The dishwasher mentioned on the homepage (now deleted) and the second television in the bedroom (shown in pictures) were not available. Dishes and cutlery thrown together and not enough for 4 people (e.g. 3 deep plates). The cable for the radio in the living area was missing. The bed was nailed together with boards and too short for a 1.80 person. Different bedside lamps, nails on the ceilings and walls. Lamps, sockets and towel racks were replaced in the bathroom, but there was a risk of injury because the existing holes were not completely covered. Bathroom radiator rust probably due to men's urine. Various light bulbs defective.Corona protective measures are doubted because we recommend thorough cleaning of the apartment.The management of the house is loveless.The nice view and the new floors were positive.

First of all: Bad experience with the owner. We drove almost 1000 km and when we arrived the owner told us to pay 7 days instead of 6. Exept it or leave immediatelly he told us!! Then the appartment. Very small kitchen from 1950-60. Kitchen equipment not suitable to make a meal. Beds to small for normal people. Badroom also from the sixties. Conclusion: Old stuff not worth to pay € 80,- a day for!!
