By far the worst hotel in Garmisch for over 40 years. From breakfast to amenities an absolute disaster. No drink service, unfriendly landlady and numerous other deficiencies. Never again!!!!!!

Never, never again!Written promises are made here, which are then not kept.It was promised that a motorcycle could be parked in the large backyard. However, this was expressly forbidden by Ms. Buchwieser, the landlady.The woman looks very confused and seems to be completely mentally off track. She was extremely rude and not accommodating in any way.Her daughter, on the other hand, was nice and polite, but probably can't assert herself against her mother.The apartment was small and without a dishwasher. With a bathroom that was far too small (about 3 square metres, if at all) it was clean.

Excellent hospitality! Price / offer: Very good. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast includes fresh rolls, eggs, jam and cheese/sausage. We'd love to come back!

As has been written in other comments, if you're not demanding, it's ok.Of the 5 days, I got cheese and raw ham for 4 days. We were also made aware of the fact that we had to leave the room at 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Well, at least she meant well with the excursions. Thank you very much, Ms. Pfeuffer

Very nice and helpful hostess! Before our climb to the Zugspitze she showed us a great alternative route and even made us tea and some food the evening before.Can recommend this guest house to everyone.

Very friendly and committed hosts. We were already greeted at the front door by the hostess when we were cycling in torrential rain and returned to the guesthouse. She took our wet clothes straight away, washed them and folded them neatly and brought them back to the room. Thank you for that. 🙂 You get great recommendations and tips for day trips on foot or by bike. The hosts also manage the Stepbergalm at 1600m. There, with a view of the Zugspitze, you can get what is probably the best Kaiserschmarrn in the area.

I can only warmly recommend the Gästehaus Pfeuffer! In addition to very clean rooms and a rich breakfast, we received a very friendly welcome!The guest house is very centrally located, you only have to walk about 100 meters and you are in the heart of Garmisch!

I can only recommend the Gästehaus Pfeuffer. Warmth and hospitality are the order of the day in this house. Our apartment was beautifully furnished in a country house style and everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was very rich. We felt very comfortable and very welcome there and will definitely go there again.

I too was initially put off by the negative reviews and wasn't sure if I really wanted to do that to my parents. I still booked for my parents (75+76) and they were both absolutely thrilled! Ms. Pfeuffer is super nice and really fulfilled my parents' every wish. The two of them felt really comfortable and will definitely book there again if their health allows it.Once again, I know that you shouldn't blindly rely on recessions.

As "old" carnival refugees from the Rhineland, we have already gotten to know many a hotel, guest house or guesthouse in recent years, and can therefore certainly afford an opinion when it comes to the relationship between performance and return.We felt very comfortable at the Pfeuffer guesthouse, which is run excellently by Ms. Buchwieser, and we really appreciated the location close to the center of Garmisch, and we were always very well advised when we used Ms. Buchwieser's tour and hiking tips have implemented the act.The room was neat and clean. The furnishings are contemporary and we didn't miss anything in terms of equipment. - Ms. Buchwieser was happy to fulfill any additional requests.We were pleasantly surprised at the price-performance ratio in the Pfeuffer guest house, as we had already had experiences with landlords (also in Garmisch-Partenkirchen) who reminded us more of thievery than of an appropriate price ratio.Thank you for being a good host to us.
