We spent four nights in the hotel and were very satisfied there. A great location for hiking in the surrounding areas, but also for relaxing. The breakfast buffet was very balanced and attractively designed. The warmth made us feel very welcome. We will definitely come back in the summer :)

A great hotel in the price range, rooms not the newest but clean and very tidy. Breakfast more than sufficient. Sausage, cheese, jam, 5-6 types of honey, fruit salad, tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, pastries, cakes, eggs, scrambled or fried eggs are available freshly prepared. What more do you need? Employees very friendly and always helpful. There was always one free parking space. Bicycle garage is also available. Simply great. Keep it up

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We booked it spontaneously when we were passing through. The welcome was warm and loving. The rooms were very clean, as was the wellness area (swimming pool and sauna). The breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice, including alternative types of milk. Scrambled or fried eggs can be freshly prepared upon request...a bus leaves directly in front of the hotel every hour in the direction of Eibsee or Garmisch. You can also easily reach the village of Grainau on foot, which I found to be very idyllic. If we need to stay in a hotel nearby again (usually we are campers), we would definitely come back and can warmly recommend it with a clear conscience!

If you are a first time traveler or do not travel overseas that much, or want good customer service, this is not the place for you. On our day of checkin, We tried getting in touch with the hostel and had no luck. When we arrived, the hotel was closed and no way to access it because guest what? Front Desk is not 24 hours. We ended up staying one night at Hyperion Hotel which was lovely but expensive. The next day we went back to the Hostel and guess what? we got there when the staff were on break and no way to check in. We talked to an older lady which was apparently the mother of the owner which ignored us and walked passed us when we were explaining everything to the lady. We then retuned in the afternoon to finally check in. The only good thing about this place is it's location but if you are expecting a 24 hr service or need help with an emergency, do not stay here because you are on your own. Note: After 8pm this whole town is a ghost town.

Very cozy accommodation, particularly loving and familiar. Great balcony with a beautiful view of the mountain. Comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast with fresh fried or scrambled eggs. Bus stop right in front of the door. Very personal and friendly service to guests.That wasn't the last visit.

Nice little hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is super tasty and sufficient. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, especially Patrizia. She is the heart and soul of the entire hotel.Insider joke (Patrizia, shut up) 😂

Friendliness and quality service are a dream here.We have never received such great and warm service at breakfast in a 3-star hotel. Patricia and her team care about their guests with all their heart.The only wish for improvement for the future: a firmer mattress, which was far too soft for both of us.Otherwise we felt very comfortable and in good hands here.Thank you! 😊

Service in the restaurant was great, selection was also quite good.Room furniture is ancient, fridge isn't really cold, so just don't buy anything that needs to be cooled, we had to throw some things away.Bed too soft, blackout curtain should fit in width, see photos. Hardly any counter space in the bathroom.Mega thick bed linen that seems to be used all year round. Way too warm!Bedside lamps very dusty!For €300 for two nights I expect more.

The accommodation is a nice, family-run, clean, quiet hotel, not entirely modern, but with a great swimming pool in a good location. We were there by bike and were able to park the bikes in a lockable room. Breakfast was a real delight. The women who hosted us had so much fun and presented us with a delicious breakfast. Thank you for the wonderful time.

We arrived as a married couple on May 26, 2024 for three nights.But we could only last one night because the room was simply a disaster: not cleared, the fridge was full of food leftovers that were already spoiled, there was no trace of the promised care products in the shower cubicle, but the tube from the previous tenant had been taught or started. Shower cubicle itself was defective. The defects were partially corrected after the complaint, but we were also informed that the hotel was quite fully booked and there was no question of another room! The promised garden view was also missing because the room was in the attic. Sink blocked in bathroom. It wasn't until the next day when we decided to leave that we were offered another room, but we've already found something else.Unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel!!
