100% recommended!Beautiful rooms that are not only clean but also furnished with attention to detail. The hosts are very friendly and always helpful. Parking spaces are directly in front of the house.We were here for the second time and will definitely come back.

In September Went there for the first time in 2024 for a whole week (double room with breakfast):Rooms new and absolutely clean, cozy, very quiet.Hosts very very friendly and warm.Breakfast in the separate, cozy breakfast room was also to my complete satisfaction.I can only recommend the house without reservation and will plan my next visits to Grainau there in the future.TOP! It doesn't get any better! Thank you for the great week!

Been there several times and in different rooms. All are very clean and well equipped. Parking spaces directly in front of the house. All rooms have huge balconies with a view of the Zugspitze - absolutely fantastic. The owners are always there when you need them. Absolutely recommended.

Very nice apartment. Super well equipped. The house, property and apartment were very clean and everything was well maintained. Great location. Landlord very nice. We'll definitely come back.

The holiday apartments are very comfortably furnished and have everything you need in the household. We really liked the huge balcony with a gigantic view of the mountain formations. In general, the entire property leaves a well-maintained impression. Bicycles can be stored in a shed that is locked overnight. The house has parking spaces and is quiet, but still centrally located. Among other things, there is a bakery, a village shop, several restaurants, a swimming pool, the Eibsee and much more in the immediate vicinity.Something else that might be important to mention:Arrival should take place around midday and departure by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.Thanks for the great accommodation!

Very nice guest house to enjoy your holidays. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and you feel very welcome with the hosts. The central location also ensures a relaxing holiday as you can get everywhere on foot.

We (2 adults, 2 children) had a great week here! The largest apartment in the house is not only very well furnished, but also very comfortably decorated. We felt very comfortable. Everything in the kitchen is of top quality, including good knives and pans. The ski cellar is spacious and nice and warm. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. It is only a few meters to the ski or Garmisch bus. Unfortunately it only runs every hour, but you prepare for it. The times are synchronized with the train times of the Zugspitzbahn, i.e. you can have a shuttle from the Grainau train station to the Dorfplatz Untergrainau accommodation. We would like to come again!

We spent the night before the start of the Alpencross with the Geiger family, a very nice guest house, the room was clean, homely, we didn't miss anything. The host couple were warm, friendly and very helpful. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Super cozy inn with a fantastic view of the Zugspitze. Located in a quiet side street in Grainau, but only a few minutes walk to the town center. The hostess was very warm and we felt very comfortable during the 4 days. We would be happy to come back and recommend it to everyone!
