*Never again - lower level apartment and boss*As soon as we arrived we saw that the apartment was not nearly equipped for the 6 people we had booked. Jackets/ski suits had to go on the floor because there was no wardrobe or other storage space (furniture is supposedly already somewhere, but still needs to be put together). The advertised WiFi was also not available. Neither plates, glasses nor cups were enough. 1 pan, 2 small pots, normal cutlery and no bowls should probably be enough for cooking. The small kitchen didn't even have light bulbs in the lamp. There were also no things like brooms or trash cans. After consulting with the boss, utensils were retrofitted, everything was okay. When we wanted to start cooking, the next surprise followed. The stove didn't work because the wires were still hanging out of the wall. Not connected. Back to the boss. Apparently it's all new and everything was fine with the previous tenants, but he's taking care of it. So far so good. From late evening on day 2 we had a light and a stove, but suddenly found ourselves in a puddle when we washed up for the first time. The plug on the dishwasher connection on the drain pipe was missing. Back to the boss. From day 3 we had WiFi, but the kitchen was flooded again. Problems with the boiler, the floor was already swelling when we got back from skiing. We wiped and dipped repeatedly for a day. From day 4 we were finally able to rinse without getting wet. According to the boss, the fact that the TV doesn't work is due to the mountains. We enjoyed the rest of the week until the big surprise on payday. After the apartment could not be used as a holiday apartment for the first few days, we asked for a discount. The reaction was very surprising because we were cheaters and even had to pay 490 euros more than the offer because he had forgotten one person there. Reining fees were also new. We only received an invoice after asking and after waiting 2.5 hours. We have never experienced so much chaos on a vacation. The friendly boss immediately became loud when criticized. But sorry, an apartment without a stove cannot be used as such and, in our opinion, cannot be billed as such.

We were always served very friendly and ate delicious food. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We found it by chance and it really appealed to us from the outside. The inside is so cozy and lovingly furnished and the food is excellent. Nice hosts, we felt like regular guests. Thank you for the lovely stay, we will be back.

Location, location, location! After the hike around Lake Eibsee, delicious food and great service with singing on the sun terrace with a view of the Zugspitze. Highly recommended!!!
