The campsite is something special. The places are laid out in steps. Everything is pretty neat and where there is still room for improvement, we are working on it. The sanitary facilities are clean and a bit old-fashioned.There is a lot to do in the area and there is also information at reception.The service from the square and Stüble is very friendly and attentive.The food in the Stüble is very tasty and also quite inexpensive. The price-performance ratio is very good.The special thing about this place is that all the people I have met so far have been very nice, always up for a conversation and helpful.

We wanted to ask about a permanent place and visited the place.At first glance, the place makes an unkempt and outdated impression.Location nothing special and no view of mountains.Winding place, no structure visible and tourist spots partly between long-term campers.Unfortunately place without atmosphere and highlights.Entrance area carelessly designed. We can't say anything about the sanitary facilities because we weren't there.Too bad place had potential

Hello, I was very pleasantly surprised by this campsite. As the last stop on our European trip, this place was the icing on the cake among all the places we visited in 7 weeks in Europe.First of all, the service and reception is very good and friendly. Even on the phone the staff (I assume the owner) was very polite. We were spontaneously given a sleeping barrel and the late arrival (9 p.m.) announced by telephone was no problem and we were even offered to receive instructions by telephone if it got too late. The reception on site was also very friendly and warm. The place is super organized, an overview of the place, nearby activities, doctors, veterinarians, etc. Will be handed out. Despite the late arrival, we were still able to order rolls and breakfast was also offered. We were briefly shown and explained the barrel in person and the heating was turned on by the staff before we arrived.The sanitary facilities are clean and renovated. There is enough space for privacy and you can notice the attention to detail.There is also a restaurant, lounges and activities such as billiards and table football.In short, nothing is missing here and nothing stands in the way of a pleasant stay.

A great place where you immediately feel comfortable and arrived.Spending the night in the “barrels” has a special charm.The breakfast service is also great.It definitely wasn't the last time.

Nice campsite. We were in the sleeping barrel and rental caravan. There was enough space for 2 people each. A parking lot right in front of the barrel. Oberstaufen is only a few kilometers away and the bus would have been free, bus stop right in front of the camping entrance. We'd love to come back. 😊

The place actually has potential because the location is good. But we paid 82 euros for 2 nights for a third-class pitch. Electricity alone is 7.50 euros. This practically falls under rip-off. View of the parking lot and swallow dust from the cars. Sanitary facilities are getting old. Certainly not anymore.

The campsite is highly recommended - for anyone who still wants to camp properly. Without wellness lounges, pools and animation program.Well-kept, natural pitches in a variety of sizes. The terraces give you a beautiful view of the surrounding area from pretty much all of them.Of course, the slight slope means that you have to climb stairs to get to the washrooms. But it is nicely laid out and wide enough for oncoming traffic.The staff is very friendly, the groundskeeper is always available and available to help if the shoe needs to be printed somewhere.The sanitary rooms are very clean (and remain so even if all visitors adhere to a few hygiene rules).Unfortunately, we didn't test the small restaurant - but the terrace was well attended every day.We were traveling by racing bike. A great starting point for various tours.The bus to Oberstaufen stops right in front of the front door. People are happy to take the small country road into account.All around - a natural family place to recommend.

Quiet campsite with fair conditions.Stayed here for one night. We spontaneously got a place for our vehicle. And had a very nice evening.The location invites you to enjoy nature because there aren't too many business opportunities otherwise. However, that's not a problem if you're prepared for it. If you are traveling without a car, you should also go shopping beforehand, as there is no supermarket in the immediate vicinity.The campsite's facilities are impeccable. There is table tennis, billiards, WiFi and a drinks/food vending machine, which allows you to enjoy a cold beer or two even on Sundays.There is also a small restaurant that is open in the evenings. However, the menu is relatively meat-heavy and as vegetarians we would have liked a few more vegetarian options. Unfortunately, we can't say what the food tastes like because we didn't eat there ourselves.Breakfast is also offered and all in all the prices for food and accommodation were fair.So we are completely satisfied and would like to come back again.

A wonderful family campsite. We had a rental caravan...The playground and table tennis table were right behind our caravan, so the child could just go out and play and I could also relax a bit without having to constantly run behind.The toilets and showers were clean and right around the corner.The caravan had everything you need, coffee maker, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery etc... everything was there.We would definitely like to come back.

I really liked the place, great service! They help and prompt =) we were able to charge our electric bikes. Convenient location for tents, on soft grass. There is a restaurant, and even vending machines. Therefore, food and drinks can be taken all day and all night. A camping employee helped very kindly and suggested a good way to Oberstaufen. Bathrooms and toilets are abundant, showers on tokens (5 minutes each), but we had enough of everything. Overnight in a tent for 2 came out at 25 euros.And there was also a very wonderful breakfast in the basket 😊 for 16 euros.

My review refers to the Campingstüble. The food is really top class, large portions, tastes very good and fresh. The prices are really fair. Willi Karl is a good cook, something like that has been missing here for a long time. Only the service could be a little friendlier and more attentive in business.Many greetings and see you soon
