The bed was broken and when you turned over it made loud noises. The shower head was moldy. There are only 2 channels on the TV. The coffee cups were all dirty even the staff had to look for a clean cup. It's a real shame but we won't go there again

Unfortunately, the rooms were only superficially clean, it was better not to look under the bed. The service staff tried hard, although it was difficult due to the language barrier. No possibility to sit together in the evening if you come in a larger group. The breakfast room is there, but is not allowed to be used. They didn't want to accommodate us. Payment was only possible in cash and only for all rooms together in one sum. Strange number overall. We won't go there again and won't recommend it!

Neat, quiet rooms, clean, good sufficient breakfast. No possibility to stay in the hotel, no bar, etc. Seating outside.No outside lighting. There is plenty of room for improvement in many areas, but I give it credit to the new owner.

We felt very comfortable and can recommend the hotel. The room was clean and we didn't miss anything. Since the rooms do not have their own refrigerators, there are two large guest refrigerators in the lower hallway for drinks (or other things). We think it's a great idea and we've put it to good use.The bicycle garage is also spacious and our bikes were well stored, especially at night.There are three covered groups of tables outside, so that evenings don't just have to be spent in the room (great for small groups or smokers!)We liked the breakfast buffet and when the weather was good there was also the option to sit outside.The location of the hotel is great for trips by bike or by canoe/kayak/SUP!

The location of the hotel is very good, very centrally located in the beautiful castle. There was a large bicycle garage and the staff was very friendly, even if some of them spoke little or no German.For an actual hotel we were very disappointed. The description given was definitely not correct. Even a guesthouse is better equipped than a hotel room. As stated in the description, the hairdryer and shower gel were missing. There was no room cleaning or towel exchange during our stay. The shower is not at ground level as stated and is therefore not wheelchair accessible. There were no family options available. The rooms are in need of renovation, the carpet is unacceptable. Stains everywhere and a musty smell in the room. Hair from previous guests could still be found in the bathroom. The cleanliness of the breakfast room also left a lot to be desired. In addition to dirty tables, dirty dishes and worn cutlery were also part of everyday life. Conclusion: The character is more like a bad guesthouse and completely overpriced.

Very friendly welcome, we stayed spontaneously for the weekend and were lucky to get a room.We found the room simple but clean. Just a bit outdated. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty.The location is ideal. Quiet and yet central.

We stayed in another guesthouse and only had breakfast at the Hotel Seerose. Buffet was very good for the price of 12.50 per person. Very friendly hospitality.

The location of the hotel is central and quiet. Unfortunately, the hotel is already very old and the rooms/bathrooms and the hallway could do with a renovation. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio was not at all appropriate. Even the parking fee was unnecessary. There was still room for improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms. As a nice guesthouse for one night and half the price, the accommodation would be adequate and okay.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet location. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. We spent a weekend here. The breakfast selection is very extensive and has something for everyone. We would be happy to come back and can recommend it.

Very nice hotel, centrally located in Burg. Very friendly staff and nice spacious rooms. Everything seems to be very new or in unused condition. The breakfast is excellent and very extensive. You can enjoy this very nicely on the terrace. Very clear recommendation, top👍👍🛶
