A solid and family-run city hotel. The reception times and restaurant times are therefore limited and there is no longer a reception late in the evening.The hotel is not barrier-free and there is no elevator.The service at breakfast is good so far, fresh scrambled eggs are even provided. The orange juice is more of a juice concentrate and the rolls are freshly baked.The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from Cottbus main station. There are no restaurants nearby and there are no activities. However, the Lausitz Arena can also be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes, which is a good thing for events there. A Netto and a kind of Asian food stand is estimated to be about 100 or 200m next to the hotel, but the opening hours of the Netto are until 8 p.m. and I couldn't find out how long the Asian man is open.We were traveling with a group of 23 people. Some of the rooms were quite small, but my room was a good size. There is definitely a deduction for the bathroom, which was tiny, you could hardly turn in the shower cubicle without reaching the tap and adjusting the temperature. The water temperature also fluctuated between hot and cold at times and the small cabin meant there was no direct alternative.All in all a solid hotel, but nothing special, hence a 3 star rating from me.

The family-run hotel is located in a quiet residential area.In the immediate vicinity there is a small forest for walking or relaxing. You can reach a beautiful lake about 1km away. The city center is within walking distance.The hotel has an inner courtyard with seating and parking spaces are available.The rooms are friendly furnished.There is a breakfast buffet with various types of sausage and cheese, jam, muesli, etc.A hotel for little money.Price-performance ratio was consistent.

Nothing has been renovated here for what feels like 30 years, the rooms are worn out. The entire hotel smells of cheap room fragrance. Price / performance absolutely do not match here.
