Please note, the rooms do not correspond to the description: a room divided into two, one without a window, 8 beds, the additional beds are sofas. Public transport is a 20' walk away. No dishwasher, dishes (pans and pots too small).

Very large apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large dining table in the kitchen. The partly open brick walls and the wooden floor create a pleasant room climate.There is a large EDEKA supermarket about 300 meters away with a very good range of products.The fact that the apartment on the ground floor has a glass door onto the sidewalk can be seen as both an advantage and a disadvantage.In the back two bedrooms there is no coverage from the WiFi router in the kitchen. A signal repeater would be useful here.A dishwasher (according to the landlord) and a microwave would be practical in the kitchen.In my opinion, that makes a total of 4.5 stars, or rounded up to 5.

Atypical apartment with rather industrial decoration. A dishwasher is missing. The lighting in the rooms is insufficient. Very beautiful place where you feel good.

I give it 3 stars because the city is nothing out of the world either, rather expendable among other European capitals.The apartment was a bar before, it is a large enough space for 3 families that we went with 5 children. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to almost everything, except the airport, since Berlin is a very large city.If you decide, above all, contact the owner, nothing "agencies" the price goes up considerably, you have to look for the apartment on the maps and find an email.
