NO Service Apartment. Kind of great apartment. for the amount we paid for staying a month having cleaning service every 14 days is questionable. I could’ve stayed in a hotel and had Roomservice daily. An additional extra fee for one cleaning service of 65 Euro is outrageous and straightforward rude. We payed around 3500€ for a month to have no service. Elevator was broke for a week. Took them more than a month to release the security deposit after we called and had to explicitly ask for itOther than that it’s a great experience well maintend and great communication via Edyta.

Another money grabbing developer that has put Berliners out of their homes to make 2000EUR a month for a tiny room. Very sad that locals are being priced out of the areas that were so affordable till recently.

The room was very clean and well equipped. We were warmly welcomed and everything was briefly explained to us. Unfortunately it is very loud at this location. Otherwise it's nicely done.

AWFUL place ... I was left with no one to help me at 1am .. when I was essentially locked out of the suite I had booked. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING attitude of the people who were manning the phones - most of who do not even speak English. Expect to be treated like a piece of trash ... go there at your peril.

The name is totally misleading. I was looking forward to a quiet stay in a clean neighborhood and was extremely disappointed. It should be called Ipartment Berlin Wedding so that you know straight away what you are booking: drunk people screaming at night, dirt and vomit on the sidewalks, lots of homeless people and a neighborhood that isn't exactly friendly to you. I can even understand the latter, as it was uncomfortable for me to go in and out of such a highly gentrified building in this district. I am extremely disappointed and ashamed. It just doesn't fit there. Never again!

The staff of Ipartment is doing a very good job. The Ipartment in district Mitte is new and very nice and still constantly improving. Special thanks to Eolyta, she is doing great work at Ipartment.

Modern clean flat located in Berlin. The property manager, Edyta, made the stay exceptional. She was so warm and welcoming. We were so thankful for her friendliness and willingness to help us with whatever questions we had. Edyta made our stay memorable and smooth. I can definitely recommend this stay.

Great location 3 mins walk to Wedding station, close to supermarket, restaurants, walkable to brandenburg gate areas if desired about 50mins , friendly, helpful customer service, front of house team Edita, Emily and housekeeping staffs , apartment was pleasantly presented, have all the basic provided , self check-in was easy to use and clear informations. Highly recommended 👌

I was able to spend the entire month of October there, right after it opened. Apartment very high quality and modern furnishings, comfortable beds and the kitchen is very well equipped.What has to be emphasized is the top cleaning.The entire staff is very warm and goes out of their way.Requests and concerns will be met immediately.Because it's located in the back yard, it's quiet and you can completely darken the room with sensible shutters, which was ideal for me as a shift worker.Should I be in Berlin again, it will definitely be the Ipartment Mitte again, absolutely great!

I had booked a room in xs for 4 nights. It was all new. The mattress very comfortable. The room was very clean. The small kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The welcome and service on site was warm. Thank you very much for the lovely time. I would love to come back.

It is a modern, clean hotel. It is easy to reach with public transportation. Though it is on the streets, you will not be bothered by any traffic or light during sleeping. The facilities are in prime condition with a compact kitchen. It is a pity that I only stayed one night here. If you spend a few days in Berlin, I strongly recommend to stay here.

This time we tried something different than a classic hotel and were very positively surprised. Not only are the rooms really chic and you're staying in the middle of Berlin, no, you also have the opportunity to cater for yourself in your apartment (well-stocked kitchen!!). Start in the morning with a coffee (welcome package) in bed and in the evening a Berlin child on the balcony. Cheers! I'll be back 👌🏼
