"I want to express my dissatisfaction with this establishment. Despite their assertion of not having standard rooms, I felt coerced into opting for the most expensive one at an inconvenient time – 4 am. The constant 5 minutes for checkout were not only intrusive but also left me questioning their integrity. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the same room was available at a lower price through Booking.com. This experience has left me disappointed with their customer service and raises concerns about their transparency and pricing practices."

rooms often have shortcomings (TV that doesn't work, broken shower, etc.) I changed rooms 3 times once and the 2nd time I found bed bugs in my bed! I think that when they first started it was a top hotel, but it is a bit run down

The hotel is located not far from Sloterdijk station. Unfortunately, in addition to the beautiful picture at the reception, we were greeted with cobwebs, stained walls and broken lamps in our room. The panoramic window of our room overlooked the common corridor and therefore could not be opened. Pleasant staff who allowed us to leave our things for storage before checking in and after leaving the room. Near the hotel there is a good cafe Bistro Bos and No Man’s Art Gallery &de Bar

Terrible hotel, rude people, but what is most impressive is the dirt and noise.We arrived at the room and the duvets were piled up on the bed.Never go back!

Worst stay in a hotel! The rooms are very small, dirty and smell bad. You can't open the window because they are boarded up, so you can't ventilate the smell and it's super hot. The air conditioning doesn't work. The sink was clogged, the bathroom handle broken, the touch pipe was punctured. The walls were super dirty, there were stains everywhere. The mattress was the worst... huge stains and it smelled bad, it was horrible.

It's shameful to charge so much for such a service.List of negative points:- unsanitary room and windows- impossible to adjust the temperature (0° or 50°)- broken objects (toilet, soap dish, light, shower door and so on…)- 1st night, no cleaning lady- 2nd night we asked her to come by, she changed the towels for us and that’s it…)- oh yes, I forgot, we were woken up several times in the middle of the night by the fire alarm which went off by itself in the room.- there are smells of food or other things coming through the ventilation which also makes noise all night long.

Catastrophic. This is one of my worst experiences in a hotel.First the check-in at 4 p.m. is unheard of, then I asked for a double bed, but I got 2 single beds. The paint on the walls of the room is degraded, the materials are really cheap, the handle of the window which is broken and therefore cannot be opened, the glass of this same window which is completely dirty with cobwebs and bird droppings, the shower which does not have an adjustable faucet, so you cannot choose the temperature of the water, sometimes it is boiling, sometimes it is barely lukewarm.Hotel to avoid.

Forget this ‘hotel’. Airco not very well working, room warm and dampy, window is damp due to to low or no ventilation. Guy downstairs asked three time my room number and didn’t write it down when I complained. No service at al. Shower thermos tab not working, just low temp water. Noisy hotel. Won’t book this one again!!!!

We were 5 people and we reserved 2 rooms, 1 for 3 was fine but the whirlpool didn't work and we didn't even have a TV remote, little light in the bathroom and only one key for 3, they didn't let us put people in the room and in the room for 2 people, a cubby hole that is too small looks like a mop room, very bad.

Good morning.I do not recommend this hotel. Don't go there! Hygiene is simple, there is none! We arrived in a room that stank of tobacco. I am asthmatic ! There was still ash on our sheet. The sink was half blocked. The sockets for charging my phone work very poorly. The charge stops and resumes. At night you can hear all the pipes. The walls are bathrooms as indicated in comments and photos on previous reviews. The last night there was a party in the hotel. Until 2-3am!!!! We could hear everything!! Nobody warned us! I had reserved 3 rooms with double beds. My friend was in a room with an extremely humid atmosphere. Difficult to breathe. It was impossible for him to shower normally, the water was either scalding or very cold. But there is no one between them. The rooms are tiny and bathrooms. 700€ hotel for that, frankly, I'm pissed!!!If you want to have a good stay really don't go there!!!

Hope everyone check out my review..The black man with white hair posted on Instagram was really unfriendly and seemed to hate Asians.The fire alarm rang more than 10 times due to shower smoke.I have a phobia of fire alarms and it was so hard to endure that I asked to change rooms, but they ignored me until the end, saying there were no rooms available.And he continued to suspect that we had been smoking in the room. Their brutality is to blame the customers if something happens. It's the worst.Worst experience in Amsterdam.And I hope everyone checks the mattress as soon as they enter the room. The mattress is a disaster. It's so dirty.There is no window in the room, so it smells as soon as you enter and there is no ventilation. It's not even soundproof. I can hear everything in the room next door.And it is impossible to control the shower temperature.If you want to get burned, book this hotel.Not even one star is worth it. Even 0 points are too much for them.Don't book here just for the money! There is a reason why places are cheap!
