Great location with lots of shopping, bars and Vondelpark nearby. Good connection to the tram network. The room was modernly furnished, but borderline small and in the bathroom you had to almost artistically fold yourself under the sink in order to be able to sit properly on the toilet.

The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are really small. But the worse part is that my girlfriend got multiple bites by bed bugs. I tried to contact the hotel multiple times to warn and not rent out the room…nothing happened. Please be careful when staying here, check the covers of your sheets.I’m happy my 2 young kids didn’t get any bites…

I want to divide this opinion into several points:||1- We had paid for two rooms in advance and in advance, and we arrived at 00:05 to spend the night we had paid for at the hotel. …

In fact the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The size wasn’t the problem, due to the fact that you have virtually no space to store things. No, it was the hygiene. I would be ashamed to give someone a room where blood and bogers are on the curtains, stains and hairs on the bed sheet, and pieces of wall are missing. The room was a total mess. Bathroom same thing, hairs on the floor, in the sink, everywhere. And if you dare to complain about those things, the “manager” doubts the photos and asks me if I’ve had taken them elsewhere, as if I would carry pictures of your hotel rooms with me just in case I want to complain. Absurd.I’ve never had to complain and finally ask for a refund because of such circumstances.Another minus, the front door only opens when the front desk is occupied, because you have to ring. Guess what, if the staff is chilling in the restaurant, they just don’t care, and don’t open the door, so you have to walk through the restaurant, if you do so, you get asked, “you stay here?”. Not very trustworthy.Never had such a nightmarish experience in a hotel. Never ever was I threatened with less respect than here. Spend your money smarter. Don’t stay here.

The good- location was great. Bed was comfy. The bad- We paid 185€ a few weeks before online, then the day of it was only 85€ for the same room. When I asked about it he said they had no control over the prices. 100€ difference?! Maybe would have been acceptable if the room was fantastic, but it was not. Small, dirty- there were stains all over the carpet and didn't even want to take my shoes off, weird patio furniture for the furniture in the room. Pillows were awful. Again, would have been ok maybe if the price wasn't almost 200€.

Beautiful city, terrible hotel experience. 2 adults and 2 8 year old girls. The room was missing: bedside table, chair, coat hanger, wardrobe. In the bathroom not even a glass to put toothbrushes. …
