This is a very good budget hotel in Amsterdam. It’s much cheaper than other hotels of similar quality, in the area.It’s in a great location in the heart of the city. Just a ten minute walk from Central station, close to the red light district, and other tourist sights. It’s on a quiet part of the street, but close by, there is an endless amount of bars, restaurants, shops of every description, coffee shops, and anything else you’ll need.Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Bathrooms are shared, but there are bathrooms on every floor, just outside the rooms, which are kept clean.They offer free coffee and tea in reception, as well as information for tourists.Staff are friendly and very helpful, and I’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget, who wants to stay in a central location.

Absolutely avoid, apart from the location which is ideally located in the city center. This hotel should not even exist or else be run by professionals. Our room was not made when we arrived, the beds were dirty, the room full of trash and the toilets were used.... Very difficult to understand the reaction of the manager who seemed to find it normal. Dirty laundry is piled up in the corridors to add a little folklore. And I'll spare you the smell. A real scandal.

This is not a real hotel. The rooms are in a very questionable condition. The location is unbeatable, but whether it's worth the stay remains to be seen. We stayed here as part of a bachelor party. We didn't get much sleep, so it was bearable, but I can only strongly advise against staying overnight here. There are no toilets in the rooms, and the walls are dirty and in disrepair.

To choose only for the geographical location and the low price! Renovation work in progress at the beginning of July and not even a message to inform us or even any compensation! We regret our choice because much better possible in this beautiful city

Unfortunately had to leave early, due to construction work going on in the room adjoining, not very helpful in receiving a refund, told to contact Agoda. Then the manager replied to them saying they offered an alternative room which they didn’t and I have a letter from the receptionist stating they hadn’t nothing available, only offered 1 night refund on 3 night stay, location is great, but it is a very basic no frills, would be good for a 1 night stay just to have a bed but anything longer I would suggest avoiding this hotel, the video is what I had to deal with on a Sunday from 8am until 8pm, not what u need when u just want to relax or sleep in,

TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!!Unsanitary room, mold on the wall and ceiling. Window out of service and broken glass, impossible to open the window to ventilate the room.Carpet all stained.Humidity +++, stifling ambient air.Toilets and shower in the corridor, noted only 1 shower per floor with very little pressure and very dirty.The manager is more than unfriendly.On the other hand, the housekeeping staff is friendly.The rooms were not cleaned during our 3 days.The only positive point is its location in the center of the red light district which is very lively in the evening.In the end a prison room would certainly be more acceptable.

They overbooked my room, when I got there at 11:30pm they just told me there was no rooms available even though I made a reservation online though agoda. Save yourself a headache and look somewhere else.

Unsanitary housing. The walls of the room were full of mold, the carpet floor was sticky and full of holes. The clogged sink, the walls and the (torn) curtains stained with stains. It is unacceptable to make people sleep in this level of filth. The cleaning staff were charming and present every day, but it was impossible to make an unsanitary place clean. Avoid if possible, the only positive point is the location.
