The hotel is really cozy, beautifully decorated and you have everything you need and more. The breakfast is great, there is everything you could want here too. The service is great, the employees are always friendly and helpful.The wellness area is very nice and well-equipped, the opening times are fair, so you can relax even in the evening. The leisure mile offers many options (billiards, table football, games, etc.) and snacks and drinks are available around the clock at fair prices.I would recommend the hotel without reservation and will definitely come back!

If you're on holiday on Langeoog, you're primarily looking for relaxation and not so much the wild party life... And then you've come to the right place. Very nice rooms, very good breakfast, no chic…The hotel is spread over various buildings that are connected underground. This means there is actually no “traffic noise” in the building. There is a small but very nice spa area with various saunas.And the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.Optimal conditions for a lot of relaxation.

We stayed at the Upstalsboom at the end of September '24 to relax - it was very worth it!The room was great, except for the shower that was too small.The wellness area was very satisfactory, but unfortunately no massage could be offered because there were no specialists. Z. was employed. Location of the hotel excellent. Staff very friendly.The breakfast buffet had everything your heart could desire - very large selection!!

In August 2024 we spent a week on the beautiful island of Langeoog. The hotel was great, we felt very comfortable and all the staff were very accommodating. All wishes were fulfilled. We were particularly impressed by the leisure mile. This was a wonderful change for our little son on a rainy day. Only our room request could not be implemented and was a bit dark. Everything else was a 5/5. Thanks for the nice time.

Positive: Nice, large room, well-kept facility. Negative: Towels were only available during the reception's limited opening hours, which meant it wasn't always possible to use the swimming pool and sauna. We would have liked a little more professional friendliness at the reception.

We had an Apartment Plus with 2 balconies and were very happy with everything, the breakfast buffet was very rich and there was something for every taste... the staff was very nice and helpful... we felt very comfortable and will definitely come again!

A beautiful hotel on a beautiful island. We had a deluxe double room with a small kitchen, terrace and just a really nice room. The beds are comfortable, the atmosphere is really friendly, the sauna area is really nice and the breakfast is amazing. So good!!

We find the price-performance ratio to be just sufficient - especially for an East Frisian "rubber boot island".If you consider the necessary additional costs for e.g. If, for example, crossings, tourist taxes, parking fees, etc. are taken into account, there are similarly attractive or more attractive destinations and accommodations within a similar arrival time.

Really great hotel. We had a deluxe room. Very spacious with a small kitchen and balcony. Everything was super clean and comfortably furnished.The staff is truly unique. Everyone was really nice and always had a smile on their face.The breakfast was to die for. There's really nothing missing here.The only rainy afternoon we had was spent in the sauna area. Nothing more is possible! Everything you need for a relaxing sauna session is there.The location is very central. A supermarket is almost on the doorstep and the center and the beach can be reached very quickly on foot.Unfortunately you can only give this five stars, otherwise it would definitely have been ten. We can only recommend this house and will definitely come back.

Unfortunately, the service massively spoiled what was actually a great stay. But in detail:Pros:+ beautiful and well-kept hotel complex+ spacious rooms, furnished to a high standard and with a kitchenette and refrigerator+ good cleanliness+ good breakfast and water flat rateMinuses:- small double beds (160)- Bathroom and wardrobe in the basement can only be reached via an extremely narrow spiral staircase- no air conditioning and the room heats up very much and can only be ventilated through the open patio door- No service other than breakfastI would actually have liked to give it four stars, but unfortunately we didn't feel welcome at all with our daughter.At breakfast no one ever took your place and the service was very cold.But the real no-go: we had of course booked for three people (2 adults, 1 child). On site we then asked for a service fee of 25 euros for bed linen for our daughter. Where do you book for your child and don't have a bed or bedding included? Should our child sleep on the floor like a dog?I have stayed in many hotels for business and pleasure. But I have never come across anything so dubious and anti-children. Unfortunately, this precludes us from booking again.It's nice to see a fantastic corporate culture being advertised here. In any case, there is still a lot of work to be done on customer orientation.

Friendly staff. Very good breakfast, but the space for the breakfast offering is too small. The waffle bake offer is well thought out. However, a waffle iron is not enough if the baking process takes about 6 minutes. As a result, waiting times are too long. The shower in the room alternates between hot and cold water. Not the same temperature throughout. The shower head is loose and hangs downwards so you can use it as a hand shower. This was expected differently.
