Would not recommend accommodation. I had booked at 10am for an overnight stay on the same day. At 12 o'clock I had to cancel unexpectedly because my festival was canceled due to an approaching storm. The owner was not at all prepared to accommodate me and collected the full 70 euros without providing any service and without losing any turnover. It's scandalous and I can't imagine that you can have a pleasant stay here with such service.

For a party with family in Luttelgeest I urgently needed a place to stay overnight. How surprised I am that in this Metropolis there was still a place with two free rooms. Booked - Paid and slept after a successful day. The next morning we had a nice meal in the kitchen of the house and then went home again.

Actually the worst B&B we have ever been to. Mandatory shoes to be taken off when going upstairs. Warm room without sink. (with fan) At night, the facade lighting shone fully into the room as if you were in the shop window. With the curtain closed there was still a lot of light coming in and no fresh air to cool the room. Moreover, the light also attracted many insects. I didn't sleep a wink. If you need to go to the toilet (and shower), you have to go through the breakfast room. So that means dressing up, just like at the campsite. I choose a B&B to avoid the campsite. Breakfast is from 7 - 9 am. Ridiculously early for a Sunday morning. The breakfast was also fine and we also received a sweet personal thank you card afterwards. But I'm still glad we only booked one night here and I feel sorry for the other people who stayed another week I think. In fact, this house is not at all suitable for a B&B according to current standards. We don't live in the sixties anymore.

They are very friendly hosts. The welcome was great, and we immediately received delicious coffee or tea.Although I shared the bathroom/toilet, that is not a problem at all.At the campsite I also share the bathroom/toilet, and it is not that clean at a campsite. But everything here, including the bathroom/toilet, is spick and span clean.Highly recommended, we will definitely come again next year.Because we have been going there every year since 2012, except during corona times, to the North East polder (Orchiediënhoeve).
