Really cheeky and outrageous what they expect of their guests here. Large black mold behind the sliding door to the bathroom, loose tiles, paint splatters on the wall in the bathroom, dirty toilet, horrible and unfriendly service.By far my worst hotel experience, please look for another hotel!!!

The hotel is a complete disaster. It was far too warm, the air conditioning didn't work, and there was only one window facing the hallway, so there were hairs and stains in the beds. People were screaming in the hallways all the time and the fire alarm just went on. I can definitely NOT recommend it. 1 star is really too much for something like that!

That was a disgusting dirty. Not clean at all and not a safe place and nothing works the Tv, airconditioning, the bad it’s terrible no I don’t recommend. There are better place to stay in Amsterdam so don’t waste your money!

The hotel is located a bit away from the city. The service wasn't that good. The hotel and room looked good at first glance, but the bathtub was disgusting with hair and stains in it. The bed was hard and it is very noisy. One night the fire alarm went off twice and was very loud. Apparently someone took a shower that was too hot. They apologized for the inconvenience and said I could have a coffee for free. (Since I included breakfast, it would be free anyway). The breakfast wasn't good either. The rolls and bread tasted like they had been sitting for several days. The rooms cannot be ventilated and there are no escape routes from the room. The windows also only show an empty scary room. The room was furnished very sporadically and the shower flooded half the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The receptionist took a selfie during working hours. It's too expensive and you can get something much better for the price. The rooms are furnished very sporadically. You don't feel comfortable and the shower floods half the bathroom.

The two of us paid €45 for one night, which is absolutely fine for the money! It was very clean, of course you can tell that everything is made cheaply, but you can sleep well in there and get ready, we didn't expect such a nice room for the money, on the contrary we were very positively surprised. The staff is very very nice. Also had air conditioning. We would recommend

I loved it, I was reluctant after reading previous reviews. Only complaint is I bought a canal view and I had a view to other rooms windows. But staff were friendly and helpful, towels were restocked daily. Had all we needed and was easy to navigate to attractions from there. The hotel was under a different name to locals which was slightly confusing. G Hotel I think it was. But in general pretty good stay. It was also affordable, worked and fairly pretty.

We reserved simple rooms for two days, the second day we returned at night and they had not picked us up or cleaned the room, the hotel's bike rental is very expensive, I do not recommend it

I did pay 60€ again so i can sleep 5 hours and check out again and this happend after a long trip (2000 kilometers) disgusting hotel!!!!! I am still very very angry...

0.0 stars for this disgusting moldy hotel. We had pubic hair, hair, stains and other disgusting things in the bed and in the room. The entire wall behind the sliding bathroom door was moldy. It was black mold, which is absolutely harmful to health. We asked for a new room but didn't get one and no compensation. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting and everyone was super unfriendly. Never never never again. Shame on you!

The room was okay for the comparatively low price, more or less clean, but a bit musty and unfortunately there was only one window facing the hallway. The staff was quite friendly, even if they were only present in the neighboring hotel.

One star is still too many.I have never written a review online but I have to start with this hotel.If you want to choose one of the cheapest hotels in Amsterdam, this is the right place for you.Unfortunately, the price is still miles too high in relation to the performance you get. It's better to invest €20-30 more per night so you don't have to stay in this underground hotel.It was already clear in advance that you couldn't expect a luxury suite here when you read other reviews, but unfortunately everything that was described in advance came true.- no windows in the rooms (only on the hallway).- Air conditioning/ventilation sometimes works - sometimes not. Plus you can't control them in the room. You have to make do with the preset temperature and intensity.- TV is available, but no remote control.- “freshly washed” bed linen full of hair and pubic hair and stains.- the bathroom looks relatively new and modern as in the pictures - appearances are deceiving. Loose tiles, shelves are falling apart, holes all over the walls (pointless), the door that separates the bathroom from the sleeping area has a 2cm gap from the wall, which only serves as a privacy screen- After two people have showered in the room, you have to leave the room because it corresponds to the humidity of a rainforest. If you want to ventilate, you are welcome to do so, with the compromise that all other guests can see into the room.- the hotel staff is never at the hotel reception but in the neighboring hotel, where you also have to check in and out.- apart from the sagging mattress, the pillow that was way too hard and the hair, the bed is fineAfter politely asking for a new room after we discovered the hair, we were kindly given another room - which was exactly the same - with hair. After 10 minutes other guests checked in and got our old room.We left the hotel one night earlier than booked because this underground room and hotel is unreasonable.If you usually pay more attention to the price and ignore the reviews, it's your own fault.

Nightmare Hotel! As soon as we arrived at the hotel we waited half an hour for them to come and welcome us and take us to our room. Once we get to the room we realize that they are not the rooms we booked and what's more dirty and smelly. I immediately pointed out to the lady on duty that our rooms were dirty and it was not possible to spend the night there, she was unable according to her and told us to stay there and that after two days the manager or owner would arrive to resolve the situation. But would you have remained in beds dirty from menstruation? Unfortunately I wasn't able to, I had to book another hotel paying 320 euros for 3 nights (I'm traveling with friends, so we had to get 3 additional rooms paying around €1000) and they also have the luxury of not wanting to refund us. So now I'm attaching the photos of the crappy hotel you have, I'm reporting you and edreams and we'll see how this situation ends up. I want back the €481.59 that we paid for a service that we couldn't use due to your being dirty. I attach photos and I hope for a soon refund otherwise I will take legal action.
