Very friendly and cordial gentleman at the reception. The rooms were clean, there was hot water, mobile air conditioning. Very good location. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great, the gentleman at the reception is very friendly.Unfortunately, one of the faucets didn't work, the volume in the hotel really suits party guests.But overall we were satisfied.🌞🙉🌞

Excellent price/quality (70/room) and location (center). Rooms (with refrigerator and coffee facilities) are outdated but otherwise fine for a night. Toilet in the hallway.

The location is super; very close to the train station. The cleanliness of the rooms is good. Be careful if you have heavy luggage because no elevator and the stairs are quite small.

Excellent price-quality ratio in this hostel, you pay little and you get little. Location was very nice, close to Groningen station and Vismarkt within walking distance.

It was really pleasant I have nothing to say, the owner was really welcoming ! The room was clean, it was calm. It's in Groningen's center and it take you 7 min to join the train station.

The location is perfect, its cheap and clean. The stairs are suuuper steap, so make sure youre def good on foot!There are no smoking signs everywhere but the room smelled so so bad like cigarettes it was absolutely unbearable. The windows couldn‘t be opened because of work being done right in front of it, which started at 8 am with hammering directly at the windows.

Room no 11 was very old. Holes in the linoleum. (smokers' time!) A lot of dust. Shower not clean. Bed was not okay and was a doubtful size. Linoleum in shower was loose and lifting. Dirty holes and lots of limescale. Location great and so was the man who helped us. But the rest certainly not. Not even for that price.

Great value for money. Excellent location in the city centre, good beds, good shower with lots of water pressure and very clean. A bit outdated but price and location make up for it. Only negative is that there is no lift and the staircase is rather steep.

For the price you pay ****An icon in Groningen. I spent the night there during my student days 40 years ago.Room is clean with refrigerator and microwaveBed is OK. Location is TOP.

If there’s in’r place in Groningen I wholly recommend it’s this one. Seriously, don’t do anywhere else if they have vacancies.

This is a good place to stay for short but I wouldn’t recommend it for long stay. There are very very sharp stairs on which you might fall if you are not careful enough (of course that’s typical of Dutch stairs), and the sheets smell of strong detergent which was difficult to get used to. However the price is comparatively affordable and there’s is washing machine.

It was a great comfortable place to stay for 2. Nice access to Bus station and Train station. Clean, affordable and cosy. Little problem with the steap steps. You have to be careful with the baggage.
