It’s my first and i last time being in this terrible hotel, i would give it less than one star rate, the rooms are cold because the air conditioning isn’t working properly, the hotel is too noisy, and the free private parking place is a joke because it’s small and always full, no need to mention that you can’t choose the type of bed you want in your room because they will choose for you automatically whatever they want.One more thing, there is a deposit of €100 you have to pay when you check in, which is not based on the quality of the hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hospitality at its finest! Exceptionally nice, helpful staff and wonderful breakfast. Perfectly located and still quiet. Nice and cozy room. Free parking is also a big plus. Everything is just great!We would love to come back here at any time!!

The hotel is pure fraud. The specified equipment is not available. There is no air conditioning, the TV didn't work, the walls are dirty and broken, there is no toilet brush and hair dryer. It was not possible to sleep due to a constant loud knocking noise. We left the hotel after one night instead of four. You won't get your money back either. The hotel should be closed and it's not even worth one star.

The rooms lack deep cleaning, their website offers transportation service to the airport and they don't have it, far from public transportation and not very close to the airport, the Italian receptionist has an excellent level of attention and friendliness.

TOTAL SCAM AND HORRIBLE TREATMENT!Worst experience of my life in a hotel. I was only there for less than 3 hours and they falsely accused me of having smoked in the room, when it is COMPLETELY FALSE. Without any proof, they demanded that I pay an additional €250 or else they would not return my belongings, as if they were kidnapped! They forced me to vacate the room without prior notice and did not give me any reasonable explanation. The staff were rude, pushy and completely dishonest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place under any circumstances, it is an absolute fraud and a service nightmare. Don't fall into this trap, there are much better sites that don't scam!

10 minutes after we arrived we already left. The room was too dirty to stay. We went to reception to tell we didn’t want to sleep here, and the only thing she said was: “okay, so you are not staying here?”.You don’t get your money back.So I think that says enough, this happens daily. She was not suprised at all. No sorry or compensation at all. Don’t book this!

Beautiful surroundings, a bit outside the beaten path. But this place is falling apart. Maintenance is seriously behind schedule. BE AWARE: When you book, make sure you don't accidentally book a room without windows!! Actually, spend a few more Euros and go somewhere else.
