SUPPER Hotel

The hotel is wonderful 🤩. I'm delighted and don't regret my choice. The location is also great, everything is close even within walking distance.

The hotel is very centrally located next to a disco. If you would like to party, this is the place for you. If you like peace and quiet I wouldn't recommend it. The equipment is great and very modern, unfortunately there is still room for improvement when it comes to cleaning. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast, very poor value for money. Simply very poor quality breakfast. Otherwise the hotel is very fine

I had a fantastic stay at the Supper Hotel! The staff are extremely attentive and always ready to help. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I was just as pleased as before. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. Despite being surrounded by a bustling area, it's impressively quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.Definitely recommended!

There are mice in the room and kitchen, the response from the night staff is that it is normal.It was an unpleasant experience, the 4 people who stayed had breakfast included and we all had a stomach condition. The only redeeming feature is the excellent service of the girls who are there on the day.I don't recommend it

We really enjoyed our stay at Supper Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is within walking distance of most tourist attractions. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Amsterdam.

As a couple on vacation, we wanted to explore the city of Amsterdam in a hotel in the center. After some comparisons, we decided on a “Party” suite with a projector on the ground floor, as this room looked really great in the pictures.When we arrived late in the evening, we were welcomed by a very friendly staff member who showed us the way to the room, which is located next to the main building. When we arrived here we were exhausted after the long journey and yet we immediately noticed soiled towels in the bathroom (mascara and small remains of dried blood). We complained about this that same evening and received new towels. When we finally wanted to fall asleep around 12:30 a.m., our entire room was vibrating and party music could be heard next door. What we didn't take into account and, in my opinion, wasn't communicated clearly enough is that the hotel has a club of the same name - between the main building and the adjacent suites. The music was so loud between 00:00 and 04:00 that we could identify some songs alongside the celebratory cheers of the clubbers. Plagued by the deep bass and background noise, including from the air conditioning system mounted above the bed, we didn't really have a restful night. The next day, other shortcomings became apparent that we had not discovered before. There is no air vent in the shower, there is just a small hole in the ceiling where a spotlight probably belongs. The small tiles in the bathroom have moldy joints not only in front of the shower but especially behind the door. The air quality in the room was almost unbearable without constant operation of the air conditioning. The projector could only be connected to our cell phone to a limited extent, but we were offered help. The room is darkened by a curtain partially decorated with small spots. The lighting situation in the room was also exciting, as a single LED strip is placed next to/above the headboard and on the ceiling opposite the bed, which can be controlled via a remote control that we couldn't explain. The bathroom is also controlled with the same remote control. Unfortunately the same problem happened on the second evening, but cleaning ladies wanted to come into the room unannounced late in the afternoon. Since there is no “do not disturb” sign or something similar here, it’s more than just unpleasant. The so-called balcony / terrace consists of a small courtyard, which is shared with another suite and only separated by two rows of artificial plants.On the day of departure, we took one last look at the bed as we were packing, which we would rather not have done. Dust and Q-tips were found between the mattress and the wall, as well as some dubious stains under the bed sheet...A plus, in addition to the nice staff, is the good location, but according to a BOLT driver, the hotel cannot be reached directly, but in our case it only took a two-minute walk. A full minibar with beer, a bottle of water, small snacks and other soft drinks was also pleasing.Overall, we didn't feel comfortable in the accommodation and were also disgusted. We found the room to be an overnight solution for clubbers there who are looking for a place to stay overnight due to alcohol etc., but not for a city trip for couples.

Such a wonderful place, so clean and beautiful. I love this design, so unique. I felt so comfortable and cozy there. Everything is very close, in the center of the city. Nice area around, very quiet. People who work there are very lovely and kind.
