Everything was very good at the Hostel. The capsules provide security. Clean and organized hostel. Bus stop right in front.Negative but calm points: the shower in the bathroom is kind of bad, you have to keep turning it on and it is very weak.The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, but it is there.While I was taking a shower, one of the employees (a man) came into the bathroom to clean up. (It could have been a girl).Otherwise, everything was impeccable.

Far from the center of Amsterdam. Personally, I had a better experience with another chain.You have to make your own bed, there are 3 men's and 3 women's showers, no shampoo.The staff is top notch, but that's because they're Dutch. English, even if you are weak he speaks clearly and without an accent so easy to understand.The pod was stuffy.

Solid hostel, within 15 minute walk of train station, less than 5 minutes away from a grocery store and other shops. Beds were super comfy and I was favourably impressed by how tidy the kitchen was kept by staff and visitors alike, definitely not the case in other hostels I’ve been to. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming, shout out to Hamish. It’s a commendable option for anyone visiting Amsterdam.

The most expensive hostel in my journal as a solo traveler and i thought it was worth it cuz of the reviews 🤣 I was so wrong 🥲 I did the Check in at 3 pm o’clock and a girl (Spanish or Argentine) from the staff helped me, showed me everything and my bed. She told me my bed was upstairs of the bunk bed but i suggested her to put me in a bed downstairs since I was going to a party and I could come back at 3 am, so I didn’t want to bother the person downstairs. She did with no problem and I was happy, so I put my stuff (backpack and shoes) in my locker and I left my coat on the bed so everyone could see that was my bed. For personal reasons, I came back at 10 pm and I found a random girl making “my bed” so I asked her like “what are u doing?” and she told me “they assigned me this bed”. I looked in the locker and it was empty, I asked her about it and the girl told me everything was empty when they showed her the bed 💀so we went to reception and they had my stuff there. The boy from the staff with long hair told me “in the system it says that’s not your bed so I had to take your stuff to make room for the person who has that bed” 🤩 Can u imagine what it could have happened if I came from the party at 3 am and I hadn’t found my stuff in the locker and a stranger in “my bed”? 🥳 exactly, panic! So be careful cuz I would never feel safe in a place where they take your stuff without asking u first or without send u an email. The worst organization ever 💀 u can find cheaper options

decent hostel overall. Staff were good throughout. Location isnt in Amsterdam centre and 15 minutes walk from Zaandam station. Facilities pretty good in general bit no locks on rooms is an interesting choice. Rooms were clean but male bathroom was flithy at times. I wasnt at the hostel much bit it seemed reasonably social.

The ultimate Hostel, the staff did an awesome job at creating a friendly, social and safe atmosphere. Really cool design on the bunk rooms, and the kitchen and other spaces are super neat!Shout out to Lau and Hamish for both being relational and friendly faces weather they were on shift or just around 👍

This is a great location for a hostel, situated between the lock and the shopping dining area jn Zaandam.Staff are really helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help you .However the pods are relatively comfortable and extremely small. No windows in the room so extremely claustrophobic. Also if you have the misfortune of sharing with others although there are house rules some are not followed or enforced I has the worse nights sleep of my life and if you have a early long haul flight ahead of you and need a good nights rest don’t stay here !
