Good price/quality equation.

Access from the station is not very good. If you miss the bus, you'll either have to wait 30 minutes or take another bus and walk 20 minutes. A short walk from the nearest bus stop. I confirmed with the front desk that the only amenities provided in the room were shampoo, body soap, and hand soap, but the only other amenities were toothbrushes. I thought Mercure would bring it for me, but I had to go to the front desk to pick it up myself. Also, toothbrush paste was packaged in a bag and once the seal was opened, it simply dried out, making it difficult to manage. There are no amenities such as combs, cotton swabs, or slippers. If you are staying in a single room, you cannot rent a bathrobe, so it is better to bring pajamas to sleep in. The windows are single-paned and cold in winter. It was cold even after adjusting the air conditioner. There was no paid minibar in the room, but there was free tea and coffee, but the sugar bag was torn and the pods were a bit dirty, so I boiled them before using them. The inside of the refrigerator was soaked. There is no free drinking water in the room, but instead there is a message to save water and a QR code where you can donate water to someone. There were two types of shower rooms: one from above and one with a head that could be held. In both cases, the flow of water was weak, probably to conserve water. Adjusting the temperature was easy. The gasket in the shower room was loose and water leaked outside. The bed was very clean and comfortable. There are no particular problems with the safe or closet, and there is plenty of space. When I charged my smartphone from an outlet, it said that there wasn't enough power or charging was stopped, but it was actually charging little by little, and it wasn't compatible with the plug and cable I brought with me. There were no electrical outlets next to the bed. There were also small paper fish on the wall. The bedside lamp was broken or didn't work, and there was no light bulb on the ceiling in the area where the bed was, so it was quite dark at night. Breakfast was ok, neither very tasty nor terribly bad. However, the food that was being heated was soggy with a lot of water vapor and didn't taste very good, and several people got light burns from the water vapor when they opened the lids. The ham was oxidized and discolored, and there were insects floating in the juice, so it didn't seem like it was well-maintained. The seats were not cleaned often so there were crumbs left on them from the person in front of me. The staff at the breakfast venue were very friendly. The orange juice squeezed on the spot was very delicious. There is a cup in the room where you can take your tea or coffee home. However, since it is small, it overflows when you pour hot water into it. The paper on the door that says whether to clean the room is flimsy, so when you close the door, it may turn to the opposite side, so it's better to check carefully before closing. I often feel like I'm cutting costs rather than being eco-friendly overall, so I don't really enjoy it.There is a supermarket about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The road in front of the hotel was under construction, so the view wasn't great. Since it was my first time visiting the country, I was worried about safety, so Mercure was a decent brand hotel. I thought it was decent, but I think I would have been better off staying at another hotel if I was paying a lot of money and getting this level of service. There was no reply to the notes section when making the reservation, and there was no explanation about the city tax, so I wanted an explanation because the price on the bill was different from when I made the reservation. The staff's face-to-face behavior was very good, and there didn't seem to be any bed bugs, the most disgusting thing in Europe, so I felt safe in terms of safety, so I think it's within the acceptable range for a hotel, but compared to the four-star Mercure. I don't think so.

Location good for trade fair visitors or other business guests. Parking place was difficult to get to. If the spaces are all taken like in my case, parking gets quite éxpensive in that area. So, make sure to directly reserve a lot for yourself. Also, no special discount applies, if you're forced to stand on the trade fair's lotsThe room and service were good. One minus point: breakfast was not included and I'm not willing to pay over 20€ for a standard hotel breakfast. Even as a business guest, I would have skipped it. Make the price more realistic and I would happily get it. But around 23% of my room price on top? No, thank you!
