The late checkout was unbelievably bad. They wake you up make you go to the service desk to pay and then you’re allowed to go back and try to fall asleep again. The women was extremely rude and made you feel very much disrespected. Awful experience. Just make sure you know how to talk. Respectful manners makes things go much easier.

The location is very close to the bus and tram stops, 1.5 km away from the flixbus and Sloterdijk station, there are 2 supermarkets under the hotel and there are Turkish restaurants within walking distance… the hotel rooms are large and spacious, there are nespresso machines in the rooms, the bathroom is large and the materials are of sufficient quality, which I cannot understand. How can there be no disposable slippers in a hotel? The room cleaning was also done regularly. I liked it very much in terms of price and quality. There was only a mosquito problem in the rooms. This is a hotel I will choose when I go to Amsterdam again.

The hotel is located outside the city center but well served. The room was clean and comfortable, however we had "extraneous" noises (water flowing in the pipes for example) which did not last long but sometimes during the night. + no bathtub as stipulated.And the most unpleasant thing is the non-warm welcome... barely a hello on arrival, the bare minimum and of course without a smile.

We spent 3 days in Amsterdam on a city tour. More than sufficient for our purposes. It was as described. Our room was cleaned every day. 2 coffee capsules every morning. The bed was clean and smelled pleasant. The carpet is no longer new. There were a few shiny stains on the tables that couldn't be removed - it looked like paint. We can overlook that. We were satisfied.It's 3 minutes to the S-Bahn and 8 minutes to the metro. About 25 minutes to the city center.

“Great place to stay.”We stayed at the Xo hotel blue tower 3 nights, Great hotel, very clean and hygienic, very spacious room and big bed with daily room service, coffee machine in the room. closed to public transport, 15 minutes bus ride to the central station, surrounded by many shops and cafes. Very friendly staff and informative about the area.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The employees were attentive and helpful. It's a little far from the center, but having a market next to it is a big advantage. There is a bus stop very close and it is very easy to reach the center.

A very ok hotel, the cleaning was done every day and as it should be with the sheets changed, towels, absolutely everything was ok, I recommend it with all confidence!It is a bit far from the crowd in the center, but you can get there in 15 minutes by bus.For us it was a plus that we had peace in the evening!I recommend!!Congratulations to the entire staff!

The front desk staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel has a ban on smoking and drinking, which no one adheres to. I don't think it's very nice, especially with children, when it's always so musty in the elevator. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff wasn't very clean either, especially in the sanitary area. Too bad! Otherwise I was satisfied.

Simple, clean, functional room at a reasonable rate. Several supermarkets and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Good public transport connections.Attention: be sure to use the parking garage next door, Amsterdam has an expensive and very effective parking offender program.

A strong letter will be sent. It's not a 4 star, it's more like a 2 star. Towels so thin and ragged lack of cleaning to room rental of bikes lacks the care of hotel personnel and giving help when asked. The professional service is severely lacking, hotel lobby is so 1 star rated not 4 star for sure. If a 4 star bosts services, it lacked it. Trip advisor and booking.com will get a full email with pictures to back up the lack of 4 star. This hotel needs to be downgrade to a 2 star.

We made a reservation for 1 night. The hotel appeared to be clean and the staff was nice. In the middle of the night I was awaken by extreme itching and to my surprise I was bitten by bed bugs. I then saw them crawling around and took a video. There was also roaches in the bathroom. We immediately jumped up to leave. We went to tell the receptionist who advised us that the manager was not available until 7am (this was around 5am) there for there wasn’t anything that could be done. We showed the proof my arm with bites and the video of bed bugs and roaches. Our request for a refund was denied and was told that bed bugs are all over the world. Very unprofessional and upsetting!

Rooms weren't clean, one smelled so bad that you wouldn't want to stay in it.The location is not practical, there is a bus, but it takes at least 20 minutes to get to the center.You could rent bikes at the hotel, they feel like they're about to fall apart, the light doesn't work and they cost €18 per day, but it's still fun.

Located out of Central Amsterdam. Uber only about 13 euros to Anne Frank House.
