Great stay, great location. What stood out for me was their service - I left my valuables and had left the country, and was in correspondence with them for days organizing the return of them to me. In particular, Hicham (Facilities) and Marianne (Ops) went above and beyond to assist me. I cannot thank them enough - would stay here again no doubt.

Stayed here a couple of times in the past, and had one night here recently. Great location, comfortable bed. I've had lovely views all three of the times I've stayed. Staff are nice and friendly.Bathrooms could be better, especially the shower pressure. We did have to bring up a member of staff to help fix the air conditioning too, it was quite temperamental.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the team, reflecting the standards I have come to expect as a loyal Accor customer. However, the check-out experience was disappointing, and I wish to bring this incident to your attention.Given my tight schedule for check-out due to an upcoming flight, I requested my invoice upon arrival and was advised to wait until departure, with assurances that the process would be quick. Unfortunately, when I returned to the reception at 2:15 p.m., I found a crowded lobby with only one staff member available, who displayed a clear lack of respect for clients. Despite my repeated and urgent requests, this staff member ignored the urgency of my situation and insisted I wait. He appeared unperturbed, laughing and chatting with other guests, while I was left stressed and concerned about missing my flight.I attempted to explain my urgency, only to be met with dismissive comments and unprofessional behavior from the agent in question. Eventually, another staff member arrived and provided the invoice within a minute, proving that my request could have been handled swiftly from the beginning.As a physician and frequent traveler, often staying with Accor, I have always appreciated the quality and attentiveness of your teams. This incident, however, left a negative impression due to the lack of consideration for my professional obligations. Rough Check-in and Room Disappointments….I stayed at this hotel for a quick business trip, drawn by its unbeatable location next to the train station. After a long day, I was ready for a smooth check-in and some rest. But from the moment I arrived, things took an unexpected turn.The reception area was completely empty. The desk, looking like a self-check-in kiosk, seemed to invite me to proceed on my own. I waited five minutes, glancing around, but still no one appeared. Thinking I might be able to check myself in, I took a few steps toward the computer—only to be startled by a loud voice.A staff member suddenly showed up, shouting for me to step away from the desk. The shock and tone felt jarring; with no sign of any check-in protocol, it was an awkward start.Thankfully, the rest of the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful, which helped soften that rough beginning. However, when I entered my room (room 529), my hopes for a peaceful night quickly faded.The air conditioning unit was making an odd, persistent vibrating sound that made it tough to relax.Worse still, the bathroom had a strong odor that reminded me of a public toilet (urine)—a definite letdown. Plus, the sink was clogged, with water taking ages to drain… it really started to feel like a poorly maintained facility.While the location is convenient and some of the staff are genuinely kind, the combination of a chaotic check-in experience, maintenance issues, and cleanliness concerns left me disappointed.

Excellent location specially if your a taking the train with just a 2mnt walk. Also with most trams starting near the central station very convenient to get around. Family room was sufficiently spacious came with a bunk bed and queen bed was clean and well maintained. Didn't have a water heater in the room though. Water bottles can be refilled from the dispenser in the bar area and there's a common ironing space in the corridor. Check in was quick, check out was faster. Breakfast was excellent with many local options. Wifi strength was a bit inconsistent in the room.
