Me and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It was a great getaway. We started with discovering swimming pool and sauna and hammam. Before entering swimming pool you need to take a shower and the shower heads weren’t clean. It was super nice to relax after a long road trip. And after we discovered skybar 747. We ordered food and drinks. The quantity of food wasn’t enough. However the taste was great! The drinks were also good.About the room, it was a big one. The only minus that we saw is that there wasn’t any windows to open and also it was a bit filthy near shower area.The staff was nice and friendly. We had a small parking problem but Ana managed to solve it quickly and effectively.

The room where I slept was very nice and clean, I had a nice view of the planeThe food was so extensive that you can really eat anything for breakfast, just make it up, they also have it, the pool was nice, but the shower was too hotAnd the staff was nice but spoke little Dutch, therefore 4 stars instead of 5, but I enjoyed it very much, but it was expensive

The hotel is fine, but the shuttle service is atrocious ... a no go for an airport hotel. This big hotel runs one big bus (noplace for luggage) every half hour. Even with that meager schedule, they missed a pickup when we arrived, leaving us stranded for an hour. When returning to the airport, it was way overcrowded.

Good place and location around 10 min from the airport.Rooms are spacious but the housekeeping seems to have a hard job keeping the 6xx rooms clean.Can see the spots easily.Overall a nice stay and free shuttle ( every 30 min)

Arrived early at 9 am so understandable that there are no rooms available yet. Was told by first front desk clerk that they would try to get one as soon as it is a available. Waited until noon thinking that surely there would be some room available. Asked the front desk lady and she said there are no rooms available yet. They will try to get a room cleaned as quickly as possible. Waited another 2 hours. By 2 pm, asked the front desk person again, and she was the rudest of them all. She stated there are no rooms available until 3 pm. I informed her about what the previous 2 front desk people told me and she said that there was nothing written in her computer about it. I would have to wait until 3 pm. I was literally staring at the front desk for the last 30 minutes to see if they could get me a room. So at exactly 3 pm, I was already at the front desk, and behold there was a room available. So literally, they literally didn't offer me the room until at 3 pm. Most hotels would accommodate even an early check in knowing that u r already there, if not at least say we r getting a room cleaned for u. Nope, not this hotel. They literally just stare at u until 3 pm and there's a room available. I do understand that check ins are at certain times. But no flexibility at all from them is the worst service. The lady that checked me in, gave me the keys to the room, and didn't even point out to me what the hotel had to offer or where the elevator is. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. If I could place a negative score, I would definitely do it.

Excellent hotel to spend a day with family. The kids enjoyed the pool and we took a tour of the 747 parked in the garden. Special thanks to Danique from the front office desk for the smooth booking and change requests! Will visit again.
