We stayed in apartment 9 of the Meeresloft house in the summer. The location is perfect for us, as it takes less than 2-3 minutes to get to the center and the spa park. The way to the west beach only takes 4-5 minutes. Nevertheless, the house is located on a quiet side street just behind the church. The house is clean and modernly furnished and overall we felt very comfortable.The star deduction is due to the apartment itself, as there was apparently a small amount of water damage in the bathroom. The skirting board was missing in one corner and damage was visible. The silicone in the shower should also be replaced.

Apartment 4, well!! Very sober!!The most necessary things were there!!! The price is not justified!! Furniture was replaced!!! Pictures showed different inventory!!

Very nice apartment. Centrally located and relatively well maintained. We would have liked more cleanliness. The apartment is also relatively noisy. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable here.

During the lockdown in March 2020, the full price was charged despite early departure. Customer service and goodwill were particularly important here. The apartment has a very loud fan for controlled ventilation. There is therefore also less of a recovery factor.

Price-performance ratio is okay, small defects such as blinds or windows that don't close tightly aren't that bad.But what's really annoying is the lousy WiFi signal that keeps breaking down. Since you also have poor mobile data reception in the apartment and you can't get the free island WiFi, often nothing works. Whether that's bad is a matter of opinion. Switch off on vacation - but often be completely cut off from your contacts and the rest of the world? Can't stream music in your apartment? Well...

We really like apartment 5. Great facilities, quiet location with balcony and yet close to the spa square and the shopping street. Super friendly welcome from the Urlaubskontor. We'd love to come back.

The apartment is nice, the point deduction is due to the overwhelmed Norderney room service through which the apartment was booked. Before arrival, questions by email about the reoccupancy period and the arrival modalities were not answered for two weeks. At this point, praise goes to FeWo-Direkt, who provided information quickly and competently. In the apartment, the external blind in the bedroom does not work (it cannot be raised). After waiting on hold for 5 minutes, you receive the information on the phone to please call back at a later date. Trying to email doesn't bring any hope of a quick fix. There is still a lot of room for improvement on the administrative side.

Centrally located, modernly furnished holiday apartment, you can quickly reach the sea or the town center. Arranged by Norderney Kontor and the service is nice, reliable and service-oriented

Modern furnishings, very central location. Minor equipment and cleaning deficiencies, a bit noisy. Balcony with no sun all day. The price is already high for that.

Apartment 5: very well equipped. Lots of space, good bed and couch. Kitchen with Nespresso machine and coffee machine for filter coffee. Plenty and enough dishes. Lange is very central in the city. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. All around very good holiday apartment!
