We come to the Bülow residence, for the first time since their new building (now the adjoining building) was opened, around 2012 or whenever. We were already enthusiastic back then, returned after a few summers - and have remained loyal to the B3 ever since. Great apartments, very nice hosts, best facilities and attractive proximity to the west beach or town center or harbor. And still: peace, peace, peace. The spacious (corner) balconies are the icing on the cake of the top holiday destination "B3 auf N'ey".

This was our second time in this apartment building and we felt very comfortable again. Although the apartments are very small, the layout gives a larger impression. We had a nice big balcony. The kitchen is conveniently set up for breakfast or, occasionally, for a simple dinner. The beach and the town center can be reached in 5 minutes.

Caution!Very nicely maintained house. But if you have to cancel in good time, like in my case almost a year in advance, you won't get your deposit back. On the contrary, if a single day is not rented you have to pay 90% for that day. I can no longer recommend this kind of behavior.

Beautiful building, modern, tastefully furnished apartments a few minutes walk from the Conservation House, the center and the west beach. But it's not far to the north beach either. Next year we're going to B3 again.

Very good facilities that are functional but not cold in a central, quiet location. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Friendly helpful reception. (App.5/beginning of 2023)

Our first holiday on Norderney and in this apartment. It was a super nice welcome, great apartment and great location. If we visit the island again, we'll be there again :)Highly recommended even with a small child, there was a travel cot with an extra mattress :)
