The apartment itself is very nice and the location is also very good, 5 minutes to the center, 50 m to the supermarket. But the small terrace where we spend a lot of time is getting worse every year. If it were just the small beds on the side of the road that were overgrown with weeds, you could live with that. You would also accept the small table (the original was probably broken), which you temporarily take outside from the apartment and first have to put 3 cm of cardboard under it so that anything can stay on it. But the fact that the paving stones in front of the patio door have sagged by around 30 cm in the third year and that they are also covered with a doormat is not possible. I immediately collapsed and found myself ankle deep in the hole. I'm lucky I didn't hurt myself. I don't want to imagine what it looks like when this happens to older people. We booked the apartment several years in a row because it is actually very nice. But now we have given up because of the situation on the terrace, which is really a shame.

Great, centrally located apartment.Modern, bright, very clean.Everything you need in a holiday apartment is there - cooking utensils etc.We were there with 4 adults. The sofa bed was comfortable.Only a fourth comfortable seat in addition to the armchair and sofa would have been nice with 4 adults, but that's a high level of complaining and probably wouldn't have been noticed in great weather 😊Old smithy, apartment 14, 3rd floor

We have been there for a week now and are very satisfied. The apartment was absolutely great, flooded with light, centrally but still quietly located. Only the mattresses in the bed were a disaster for me. So hard and unyielding that I spent every morning in pain. Anyone who can handle that well will find accommodation here really well 👍With other mattresses we would come here every year👍

Noisy apartments, no nice view, dark hallway, small bike rack, balconies with a view of the wall of the neighboring house.
