The worst quality of room cleaning out of dozens of four-star hotels in different countries where I have been. “Cleaning” means changing towels and taking out trash. There is dust and crumbs on the floor. No one touches the beds in order to make the minimum amount of covering. I’m already silent about changing my underwear (we’ve been living here for five days).Yesterday we forgot a dust cloth in the room (it’s not clear why they carry it at all if the dust is not removed). There are stains on the sofa cushions and mattress. There are four of us living in a room, we were supplied with two shampoos and shower gels and for five days now they have not been replenished with new ones.At the same time, it’s also very funny that on the third day they began to receive an automatic mailing with the question “Can I skip cleaning your room tomorrow?”On the day of check-in, there was a pile of dirty glasses at the reception and not a single clean one to drink water. A couple of hours later we went for a walk, the picture had not changed. In general, when it comes to cleaning, the hotel has some work to do, to put it mildly. One of the advantages is a rather stylish modern interior (however, there are some questions about the layout of a family room for four with an open bathroom in the middle of the room and transparent glass doors to the shower). And the second plus is good breakfasts (but the same every day).

Had dinner with family today, first time. Parking very good (free), entrance and reception excellent. There was a birthday going on in the corner. All no problem. Where things went wrong was in the service halfway through and at the end. Suddenly from good to very mediocre/poor.The table was suddenly cleared while I was still eating. Forgot the bottle of water that was ordered and at the end we wanted dessert. It took so long to take the order while tables were being prepared in the meantime. The atmosphere was gone so we didn't order dessert and left.

Booked at the hotel Oct 10. Supposed to stay there for 4 days and 3nights but we checked out early. Good service at the help desk, nice breakfast but the room service was REALLY BAD. First day we requested to clean the room, I suspected that the sheets were not changed but my partner said it looks fine. The next day we asked to clean again the room cause sheets and room was a bit messy. When we got back, the towel that we left was still under the same dirty sheets we requested to change!! The table where we ate was not even properly wiped. Toiletries are not even refilled!! So we decided to leave early 🤢 Should’ve trusted the bad reviews i’ve read. 🤧

Nice new hotel. Large bathroom. No bath unfortunately. Could possibly have. appropriately big. Small shower wall so water splashed too much over the floor. We slept on the quiet side with a view of the KPN pen. …

Only visited the restaurant for a business dinner. It is a nice space in a good location to meet up. The atmosphere is good and the staff friendly and not pushy. The food was excellent and presented with attention. Serving went fairly simultaneously so we didn't have to wait for each other

Hotel is not in the immediate city center but an easy 3 stop on the metro or about 15-20min ride into the center. Stayed in a comfort twin and room was really big, clean, and beds super comfortable. Hotel restaurant was pretty solid and everything was well laid out. Would definitely stay here again as it’s a bit cheaper staying in the center and you still have access to everything.
