4 floors without elevator. When we arrived the rooms were still to be prepared and tidied up.

This place was a disappointment for me. We got a small occupied room with a renovated water block. The soundproofing was very bad, we could hear the conversation, bathing and everything else clearly from the neighboring rooms during the day and at night. The steep stairs that lead up to the rooms creak, creak and rumble, and if nothing else, you'll wake up at night.

Well placed and easy accessibility to the city center and museums. Very steep stairs inside the hotel (not suited for reduced mobility). Additional guest in the room... small 🐁.

We had bed bugs and mice in our room. Couldn't stay the night because of the extra "roommates"

We discovered that there were mouse traps under the bed, 2 nights later I was trying to sleep until I heard a noise, when I raised my head there was A RAT in front of me, on the desk eating the bread that we had left, I automatically called the guy from reception, who set up more traps and told us that the next day we could change the room if we spoke to the “boss”, who did not even apologize and offered us as “compensation” to change the room within 3 hours (something that would be logical since a beginning). PLUS he said we would have to be careful with the food as if it were our fault. A SHAME AND DISGUSTING. We couldn't sleep all night and the rat climbed back onto the beds and desk a few times. They offered no apology or compensation for the bad timing. They acted like it was a regular thing.

Considering we booked the cheapest hotel I am insanely satisfied. Yes the rooms are small but the the hotel is clean, comfortable and the location is perfect. Staff are friendly and our room was already cleaned after the first night. Our room was on the basement floor so we didn‘t have a view but that‘s really not a problem as the goal is to go out and explore innit. Thank you for letting us stay 😗

Clean rooms, even cleaned during your stay. If something is missing (towels, soap), just ask and you'll get something new straight away. You have peace and quiet in the room, open 24 hours a day with a key card. The best experience experience so far!! And at an unbeatable price! The stairs are a bit steep, but not worth it.
