Were there for the second time and were very satisfied. Very friendly staff and good location. Definitely coming back.

The 4-stars are fairly generous but deserved at the same time. Note: the rooms are incredibly dated but they serve the purpose. The beds are comfy, there is a fridge/freezer and cooker, the shower was great. However, the room looks antiquated. Not a problem to is but you should know. A big plus is that they are pet-friendly (for our dog there was a 9€ per night charge, if I remember correctly). Another plus is the location - it is conveniently located out of Garmisch centre but just a 20/25 minute walk along a beautiful river to the centre. Final positive point is the communication with the host!

I have no reason to complain :)The guesthouse is a bit old in terms of style, but there are also people who don't mind it or like it...Everything is very clean and well maintained.The pension operators and the caretaker are very nice...All in all, very happy again ☺️

We felt very comfortable here. The rooms are clean and have a 70s charm. I like this and think it's better than these modern hotels. The location is great, not far from the Partnachklamm, Eckbauer. 20 minutes to the train station. 20 minutes to Ludwigstrasse. A big plus is the terrace and the mini kitchen with refrigerator. Everything you need. I can only say good things

Rooms are already very small with two adults and a child and dog. I thought it was really nice that we had a room by the garden, but as I said, it was way too small. We complained that it was always very loud next to us even after midnight. Unfortunately we didn't get an answer and took ohropacks. Wouldn't book the guesthouse again. But the best thing was the location.

Hello, we were always harassed in the evenings by other guests who were constantly shooting each other outside on the terrace (party yard), and the worst thing is that the owners don't care, no reaction, it's a real shame you don't do something like that 😢 wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It was a wonderful holiday, the surroundings were fantastically beautiful. The room was also nice and cozy. I didn't miss anything except that the good time went by very quickly.

Sparse, careless and very old-fashioned furnishings. Okay for a short period of time, but the price-performance ratio is not right. Unfortunately this is no longer an option for us :(

Price quality is top. A bit old-fashioned, but everything is fine. Cook yourself in the mini kitchen. I felt like I was a student again. Lovely shower with a nice powerful jet. Nice warm bathroom. Friendly host and hostess Sandra. Slopes within walking distance. Train to Zugspitse also (takes a long time) By car 9km from the Zugspitse seilbahn. If you want a cheap ski holiday, you've come to the right place! The ski area is small, but nice for beginners.

The location is great. Proximity to the train station, Partnachklamm, ski stadium, toboggan run, Eckbauer cable car. There is a footpath along a river towards the train station.Bed is a folding bed. For a 1 week stay it's no problem. A terrace is more pleasant in my opinion. We had a terrace.There is a room in the basement where you can buy cold drinks (self-service). I think that's great.The apartment is small, but you have what you need. Since we were always on the go, we weren't there often.Price-performance ratio is top.I would definitely recommend for a stay of up to 1 week.
