I have to clear up a rumor right away: Grandma wasn't angry with me all week! Maybe it's because of my irresistible charm, maybe because I just order good coffee. Anyway – Grandma was great!The rooms? Expedient. There isn't much room for improvement, but there isn't much room for improvement either. You have what you need and you shouldn't expect anything more. So if you're looking for a spa area, you've come to the wrong place. But hey, the bed did its job, and that's something.The breakfast? Well, I would have liked a little more creativity here. More choice would have been nice, but at least there was coffee - and that gave me the energy I needed to continue to placate Grandma. 😄All in all: you can do it, but you don't have to. But if you dare, definitely take your charm with you - it could be that grandma is having a bad day!

I recommend that all future guests do not stay there, you will receive a rude welcome, no clean, decent towels, everything is colorful, the furnishings date back to the 18th century, €125 per night, we didn't even use breakfast and were still charged for that price Not even a small bottle of water in the room, visually white, tidy but deep down not clean, but the worst thing was when I noticed at 7:20 a.m. that an old lady was standing in front of my bed, unfriendly, high 10. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone who wants to stay here

Dear Mr. Enßer, I am very sorry, but I can hardly express my negative criticism about the unfriendliness and impudence, even aggression, of your older employee - if I read the reviews here, probably your mother - in words. What we had to experience with this lady yesterday during the open air of the Jazz & Blues Open Wendelstein on your terrace and in your cafe cannot be surpassed in terms of impudence and unfriendliness. I understand that you cannot fire your mother, but my strong advice is to reduce the availability of this waitress in your cafe to a minimum. This lady is scaring away her customers! I live in Wendelstein and based on my experience yesterday I will no longer enter your cafe. According to the reviews, negative experiences with this service person are no exception and not uncommon. I am aware that it is difficult to find suitable skilled workers at the moment, but the unfriendliness and demeanor of this older lady is not only damaging to business, but destroying business. Luckily, there is a great alternative right next door: Schmidt Bakery. Good selection, good quality, cozy dining room and always friendly and helpful staff.

Dear Sir, I came to drink coffee at 7am and ask about the toilet. The older lady with glasses says that I can't use the toilet and that I don't even have to drink coffee, so rude and not friendly, shameful and ridiculous, never here again

A bit of a stretched out placeCafé right on the main streetBreakfast was the worst on our bike tour. No eggs, no yoghurt, no muesli, no fruit, just table rolls although with a bakery. Just a few slices of sausage and cheese, a packaged jam and expired butter. Service quite unfriendly. Overnight accommodation only against cash payment. - No invoice received

Unfortunately, the owner (older lady) is - depending on her mood - extremely unfriendly and disrespectful towards customers.Two people in our group had waited in front of the shop and were sent away with the words “Knock off”. Even if the pastries are always delicious - an absolute NO GO!

Today on our 3rd wedding anniversary, I thought again about our delicious and great looking 3 tier wedding cake. 😍The pastry chef (Mr. Enßer) took a lot of time for us and our suggestions.This resulted in a real work of art. Delicious fillings (strawberry cream, Mozartkugel and peach/passion fruit), a thin covering of fondant and homemade roses rounded off the cake. 🍰😍I can only recommend this family-run business!Whether for special occasions or just a trip to the café. You are always warmly welcomed by everyone.You can feel the passion and craftsmanship of the pastry chef.I was most impressed by the handmade chocolates in the beautiful showcase at the entrance 🤤🤭Thank you very much for great moments of enjoyment and stay as open and warm as you are.See you soon, for a piece of cake in the café 😉

The service leaves a lot to be desired. With a baby you are not welcome to sit down even though the whole café is empty. Pastries for 2 to 3 euros are not enough for you to sit down. Only if you order for more money...

By far the best baker!!!! I live 3 towns away, because I find the baked goods very good and the family is very friendly, I always go there!!!
