We had an excellent stay in this apartment! The host, Mikail, is great. Very communicative & helpful with any the info you could need. As for the apartment, it is beautifully designed, very comfortable, & clean. The location is central for many activities. We loved our stay here & would highly recommend to others!!

We (5 girls) spent a great weekend in the accommodation. All necessary information and excursion tips were sent to us in advance via WhatsApp messages and videos. Mikail (the landlord) was always available to us by phone. The apartment is optimally equipped, super clean and the location was perfect for us. We have nothing to complain about and will definitely come back. Thanks to Mikail and his team for a perfect weekend (except for the weather âď¸)!

We were a group of girls and what can I say, the apartment is a dream. High-quality, modern equipment, everything is there, nothing is missing. Bus stop almost in front of the front door and the bakery (amazing bread rolls) directly opposite... and then from the terrace, view of the Zugspitze. Gladly again at any time

This is a first class, top tier property handle by a host who is helpful and very professional. There is everything g you could ask for, loads of space, well appointed and excellent views. One of the best places we have stayed as a family.

Been there for the second time and not the last time! The location on mohrenplatz is perfect - you are right in the city and in five minutes at the local mountain. We'll be back in this apartment as soon as the first snow falls - it's really perfect as a family! 3 adults and 2 kids and still enough space for privacy plus an unbeatable price. Alpi really took care of everything hands-on - very nice contact! Five stars fully deserved!

We booked the Berg Chalet for 6 days with 5 people and are thrilled. The host Mikail is always available, explains everything you want to know and is absolutely accommodating. You feel very comfortable, just like you should be on vacation. I don't normally review vacation rentals online. However, me and my sister had a wonderful stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen this week. The very nice accommodation also played a large part in this. The apartment was as shown in the pictures and really, really nice, well equipped and very clean! Once again, a big thank you to Mikail, who assisted us with all of our questions/concerns from booking to check-in to check-out and beyond. We have never had such a friendly, helpful and pleasant contact person.

The Alpi Apartment staff did everything in their power to make our stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen as wonderful as possible. From an immaculate apartment, to a seamless check-in and local recommendations we would absolutely have them at the top of our list for future reservations in the area. The location of the house was an easy 15 minute walk from the train station in a quiet neighborhood, and the apartment itself was stocked with plenty essentials and gorgeous views of the mountains surrounding the town from nearly every window in the place.

This is just a beautiful property and the host has thought of literally everything. Itâs exceptionally well decorated and appointed with only the best furnishings. It is the cleanest rental property weâve ever experienced anywhere and the host is extremely responsive. This is our second consecutive year at this property and surely not our last.

We stayed in this beautiful house with friends for 4 days. Everything was perfect.Luxurious furnishings, great garden, everything you need. You can relax really well.The landlord was super nice and always helpful. I can only recommend it to everyone. We would come again at any time.

We booked the Chalet Alpi for a short vacation in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and were thrilled with the accommodation. Everything really worked here and we felt very comfortable.The holiday apartment was in great condition, absolutely clean and stylishly furnished, which put the finishing touches to the direct mountain view and gave you a wonderful alpine charm even within the four walls.The landlord was super friendly and available at any time to answer questions both before and during the holiday. If we had any questions via WhatsApp, we received feedback or an answer within a few minutes.From the holiday apartment you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Wetterstein Mountains through the windows.There are refreshments and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity (baker on the opposite side of the street, supermarkets and gas stations about 900m up Zugspitzstrasse into the city, the Gasthaus Bräuwastl right next door).Thanks to the central location, all excursion destinations could be reached in a relatively short time.We arrived by car and had a covered parking space.For those traveling by public transport: There is a bus stop directly across the street.We didn't book any additional services such as shuttle service, refilling the fridge, etc. (but the latter sounded very tempting).The checkout also worked great. We were able to arrange the key handover with the landlord by phone the evening before the day of departure; the landlord was very flexible here.All in one: the accommodation was definitely worth the money. We would definitely book again and recommend the accommodation at any time.

We stayed at the Private Spa & Garden Alpi with our family (6 people) over a long weekend.The location of the property, apart from the main road, is perfect for reaching the city and just as quickly doing a hike in the mountains!Mikail is super friendly, accommodating, always available for your guests and incredibly quick to help if there are any questions or something is needed.The accommodation is luxurious and modernly equipped and super clean!There is always a quiet place to be found.
