Nice clean hotel staff were polite and friendly however they did give us free drinks instead of room service and then shut the bar early as there was no one to serve. Good location 1 stop from Amsterdam central. Would certainly use again if we visit Amsterdam

Good connection with the trains and buses;You reach city centre in 6 minutes by train. The room was comfortable with no issues. Even if we were situated on the train side view, we didn’t hear any train noise.

Pillows and bed were comfortable. breakfast fast is good and healthy. |Staff is very cooperative. |Especially Karolina in restaurant is very pleasant and lively host she made the day with he warm welcome and greetings.|Receiption staff is also very cooperative.

Irresponsible, unresponsive, problematic communication between staff, unsupervising the work done… When we returned to our room on the first day and wanted to take a shower, we noticed that the bathroom drain was clogged. Since it was late, we thought we would tell them tomorrow morning. The next morning, despite we told them to please fix the problem by the time we got back, and despite they said that they had taken notes twice, when we returned in the evening, we saw that the problem had not been fixed. When we asked why it had not been done and that we had not been informed about the situation, they said there was nothing they could do at the moment and that they could not change us to another room. When we insisted that this was irresponsible and unacceptable and did not give up, one of the receptionists came with a pump and tried to fix it. You are buying a service by paying money, and in return, they say things like you can live without taking a shower for 3 days. I am not even mentioning that the shampoo bottle should be empty… If you want a trouble-free trip, definitely do not choose this hotel.

One star for the staff and one star for the rest..Positive point: The breakfast which is very good. the literature which is ok. the staff is helpful. For one night it's ok. for more I would look elsewhere.Negative point: very disappointed with the room. I find myself in a room for people with reduced mobility. I felt like I was in a hospital room... plus the rust on the supports really doesn't leave a good impression and the shower which ends in a swimming pool because there is no wall it 'is the ponpon. forced to use towels to block the water... finally the noise of the trains is much more than perceptible and even creates a real nuisance.

We love the location of this hotel. Right at Sloterdijk station that has easy connection to cental and airport. Quiet neighborhood. Very friendly staff named Karolina was very helpful and attentive to us during breakfast, that made the highlight of the stay

Great location, close to the train station for easy travel. The staff, especially housekeeping, were very attentive. Reception gave great advice, and restaurant service was quick despite being busy. Nice, and not much expensive hotel close to the public transport heart of the Amsterdam - Sloterdijk. The bus station is just behind the building, literally, 1,5 minute away by foot. The same with the train station and the tube. Couple of nice restaurants around as well.

The hotel is just few steps away from Sloterjik Train Station. The breakfast was amazing. Jayden and Daniel help a lot, including the rest of the Good job Guys. ||Will come back in this hotel.
