The hosts are very friendly, breakfast is served in front of the rooms, the selection is varied and always fresh. Due to the new windows, the rooms are very quiet despite the street location. Gladly again.

A very nice guest house. The rooms are super clean, bright and comfortably furnished. From the balcony you have a beautiful mountain view. Despite the street, it's a great place to stay and have breakfast. We felt comfortable and well received. Our heartfelt thanks to our lovely hosts, who were very kind and helpful to us. My friend, who likes to lie high, received another pillow. Since we like to keep to ourselves, we think it's wonderful to be able to take breakfast into the room. The breakfast was just right, carefully prepared and really tasty. A do not disturb sign if you don't want room service or want to leave the dog in the room for a short time would be helpful. Otherwise we had a few pleasant and relaxing days.

Rooms are clean, the bathroom is modern. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Hosts are super friendly. 3 minutes to the valley station of the Zugspitze cable car. And all at a fair price. I have absolutely nothing to complain about and can recommend Haus Lehnerer without reservation 👍🏼

I have rarely experienced such patient and flexible hosts: our journey was difficult until the end, but they put up with it very accommodatingly. We received an extremely warm welcome and the hosts were available at any time. The room is wonderful, very spacious and clean, with lots (!) of storage space. Comfortable beds. Shower with grab bar. Great breakfast, which was set up in front of the room in a corona-compliant manner and could be taken on the balcony. The (overcrowded) Eibsee is close, and even closer - within walking distance - is a beautiful small lake, the Bader Lake. Restaurants and the town center are a few hundred meters away. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

The Lehnerer family offers very charming, clean rooms in a wonderful location; Outside Garmisch you can enjoy the silence at night and the view of the snow-covered mountains in the morning; You are very close to the Eibsee, the bus stop to Garmisch or the Zugspitzbahn is about 2 minutes away on foot.Breakfast is served at the desired time in accordance with Corona, is very generous and special requests, such as vegetarian diets, are catered for.Overall, we would like to thank our lovely hosts and can highly recommend a stay there ;)

Asked the lady on the phone about the distance between the guest house and the nearest bus station (ski bus). On the first phone call she simply hung up. On the second phone call, she simply replied in an unfriendly tone that she had no idea. There's just one big question mark left for us. We've never experienced anything like this before. Fatal!
