We received a very warm welcome, but the campsite itself just wasn't our thing...The plot was quite narrow, but we were there spontaneously.The sanitary facilities are very clean and they really pay attention to cleanliness.

Stayed at this beautifully located campsite on the Weser for 3 nights. Water place costs 3 euros more per night, but it's nice. Direct view of the Weser. Sanitary facilities are very clean and can be entered by women with a card (5 euro deposit). Only the shower time is far too short for 1 euro.Very friendly operator. The entrance area and where you can sit needs some maintenance, but that's just our personal opinion. You get ice cream, drinks and much more. The way to Nordenham is not far and can be easily reached by bike. Nordenham is a nice little town. There is a great bicycle/pedestrian path along the Weser with a lot of charm. There is a fitness course, lots of benches and nice play opportunities for children. There is also a lake park with many small lakes near the campsite. Come and see for yourself. We really enjoyed it. We'd love to come back.

We're just here to eat at the campsite's snack truck.You can smell the delicious food from far away.We chose fried fish, kibbeling and schnitzel with fries. It was all very tasty.

Very friendly operator. Get a nice place with a view of the Weser. Sanitary always clean. The fish stall is open on weekends. Highly recommended. The fresh pizza was also very tasty. There was also fresh cake.Little tip:It would be nice if the designated waiting places in front of the barrier for caravans and mobile homes remained free for registration. These were completely blocked by parked cyclists. Presumably guests of the beer garden, mini golf course and fish stall.

Nice operator couple. Booked early and got a nice place. Pizza on site is also delicious, as are the rolls. Sanitary facilities clean. Thanks to the Schieffer family. Gladly again.

Nice little campsite right on the Weser.We were there last year and have already reserved for next year.

We won't be coming back. When allocating space, I met a very annoyed and unfriendly operator. We were assigned a very small parking space with no privacy. From the afternoon to the evening there is continuous sound from the “Beach Bar” behind the bridge on the tracks.Electricity was read on the meter, but we were not told what the meter reading was. Ultimately we paid 6.50 euros for electricity from Friday evening to Sunday morning.Conclusion. Probably more suitable for long-term campers.We had reserved, your confirmation came on June 24th, 2024! Please check your emails.

Overall, camping for two nights was ideal for two people. We liked it very much. The registration at the kiosk and the immediate allocation to the free space for camping were very friendly and extremely accommodating. 2 people, 1 tent, 1 car for 24 euros per day. In addition, the sanitary facilities are very clean and in good condition. The place is quiet. Gladly again. See you soon.

I stopped here on a bike trip on the Weser bike path. A really great campsite on the Weser. The place operators are incredibly welcoming. There was everything that was needed and also a great price-performance ratio. Even as a tent camper you got your own tent bay with a table and chairs.

All these good reviews you give this campsite... here is my story: Yesterday, after a 90km bike ride from Carolinensel, my son and I were standing at the entrance to this campsite. It was around 9 p.m. A man who identified himself as the owner refused to let us spend the night in a tent. We were late, he said, and closed the gates on us! We had to quickly take the last ferry to Bremerhaven; there are no other campsites nearby. I have never experienced such terrible treatment of guests at campsites in Germany.These good reviews confuse us...

Got a nice place for 2 days. Mostly long-term campers, everything makes a cozy impression, a good location to explore the Butjadinger Peninsula by bike or take the ferry to Bremerhaven. Very friendly operator, sanitary building seems to be quite new, always very clean. Bread service available, prices reasonable, especially since there is no tourist tax. WiFi is only available near the kiosk, where pizzas and more are also offered, but we didn't use it. The only negative thing is the condition of the Weser terraces right next door. Looks very desolate, abandoned, probably no longer in use.

Centrally located place directly on the Weser, well-kept and clean sanitary facilities, we were there for a long weekend and we really liked it. Kiosk on site. Fish stall open on weekends and what is important to us. Place quiet and everyone was very nice
