We almost spontaneously booked a room with Ms. Müller and are absolutely thrilled. We were warmly welcomed and shown the room straight away. Parking is directly behind the house.We would always come back.

We spent a week with the Müller family.A great choice, rooms are clean and cleaned daily 👍Breakfast is sufficient, always fresh and tasty, and above all, everything is lovingly prepared.Ms. Müller always has an open ear and lots of tips for activities.The location, very central.We'll definitely be back 😊

We had a very nice weekend there. Very clean rooms and a delicious breakfast.The hostess was always polite and tried very hard.Since we were there to ski, we were missing little things like a boot or drying room - but that's really a complaint on a high level and shouldn't be a reason not to go there again.The price-performance ratio is more than okay.

We can wholeheartedly recommend the Maria Anna guesthouse.We (2 adults, 2 small children) were affected by the flood disaster in the Ahr Valley and the Müller family gave us a week's vacation in their holiday apartment including breakfast. It was a wonderful break for us to get away from it all.We received a very warm welcome and the apartment was very nice. The view from the large balcony is simply incredible. Every morning, breakfast was always lovingly prepared fresh for us.Ms. Müller always gave us very good tips about what else we could do.Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a very beautiful place where you won't get bored easily.We will definitely come back.

Here the guest is king.The hostess, Ms. Müller, is simply great (very friendly and very helpful).The rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is rich and delicious.The guesthouse is very centrally located and yet very quiet. In 5 minutes you can walk to the center. The guest house is located in a very beautiful part of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The center with numerous restaurants is only about 5 minutes away on foot. The Müller family gave us a warm welcome. The room was simple but still clean and comfortable. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious (rolls, bread, cold cuts, muesli, yogurt, fresh eggs, etc.). The price-performance ratio is really great and we would come again and again!

Cozy, family guesthouse with friendly landlords. Mr. and Mrs. Müller are interested in their guests and Mrs. Müller is always open to their plans at breakfast and gives recommendations for the day. Either way, breakfast is a new experience every day with everything your heart desires.The guest house is connected to the city center on foot via a very beautiful bridge over the Loisach. In a quiet part of the city, with many beautiful historic buildings in the immediate vicinity.We have been coming for years and would love to come back.

Great, renovated house with a beautiful view of the Alps (with a bit of luck when choosing a seat, even at breakfast). We had room 5, which is completely sufficient for 2 people. Ms. Müller was very friendly and gave us lots of tips. The guest house is 5 minutes from the center, nearby are bus stops to Eibsee/Zugspitze. The train station is a little further away, but not far away either.(Unfortunately, there is another small, more general disadvantage that can have a very big impact: the WiFi is unsecured. People with bad intentions (which can also exist in small, beautiful places like GaPa) can take advantage of this. So the Müller family and guests should In any case, refrain from carrying out transactions or the like via this unsecured WLAN.)
