This is a hostel near Nordenham, right on the Weser cycle path. We felt very comfortable there. The hostel is newly renovated and is close to the beach. The rooms and bathroom are newly furnished and were clean and friendly.There is a lockable shed with loading facilities for the bicycles. You have to cycle about 10 minutes to Nordenham, the town is not particularly beautiful but there are a few restaurants. The breakfast in the hostel was good, there was enough choice and it was nice to sit in the morning sun. We felt very comfortable.

Wonderful hotel with a very friendly operator. We were traveling through on our bikes. Breakfast was excellent, room very clean.There is only 1 point deduction, fly screens on the windows would be recommended. But that's complaining at a very high level.

The accommodation is also recommended for longer periods. Freshly renovated and maintained, clean rooms and daily cleaning, indoor and outdoor seating, very quiet location with a view of the Weser, good breakfast, plenty of parking spaces available. Extras such as a kettle or hairdryer are also available. The boss is very friendly and accommodating, the booking was uncomplicated and if you check in late, it is also possible to leave the room cards in a safe by arrangement.I would come back!

We were traveling by bike and can only warmly recommend it: breakfast very good; rooms modern and very clean; At the reception you were greeted in a very friendly manner, you can tell that people work here with heart; Our recommendation:Again and again 🤩

We were very satisfied all around :) Room was great in terms of facilities and cleanliness.Location a bit out of the way - but that's exactly what we wanted! Great for cycling/walking.The owner(?) was super nice.There are benches all around on terraces that you can use as well as indoor seating and a coffee machine 24/7 for 2 euros :)Breakfast was great for 8 euros.

The house, newly renovated in 2023, is located directly on the Weser. The service on site is very friendly and helpful. Booking and communication were direct, quick and very pleasant. We'd love to come back!There is plenty of parking space for two- and multi-wheeled vehicles. The Riverhouse is very suitable for groups.

I think the company is on the right track. The manager works hard to ensure the well-being of his guests, the breakfast is a blast. It is clear from some things that the hotel is not yet 100% equipped after the renovation. But that's all yet to happen. Recommended, we'll be back

Very modernly renovated and there are still some nice things to come. Two room cards and no more keys, reasonable WiFi in all areas, attention to detail was paid here!The rooms are of good quality in terms of furnishings, even the channels on the television are set correctly.The breakfast is absolutely TOP, there is a bit of everything and the quality is even higher.The hostel management is also very accommodating and friendly.They now also have a lockable and very spacious bike shed with lots of loading options.It also makes a lot of sense to book directly rather than overprice it through third-party portals :)

Stayed at the Riverhouse for 2 days, top hostel is actually a hotel. Super modern rooms, great location. A great breakfast buffet. A great starting point for a detour to Bremerhaven. We'll definitely be back

Great newly renovated FORMER youth hostel. The booking was completely uncomplicated by telephone and email with confirmation overnight. The room exceeded my expectations. The reception was very friendly. The tenant of the hotel still runs it as a one man show, but has it completely under control. The rooms are bright and spacious and tastefully furnished, the breakfast room is bright and flooded with light. The breakfast was excellent and the price-performance ratio was very good 👍. A large lockable bicycle garage with charging options for e-bikes was also available. For dinner, the tenant gave me the tip to visit the ESV clubhouse opposite, which can be reached via a wooden bridge. A quaint pub with a small menu and good, cheap food and drinks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very friendly and courteous reception. Holiday feeling right from the start. The room size is completely sufficient. The furnishings are super tasteful. The accommodation and the outdoor area are very tastefully furnished in all areas. Very good breakfast with freshly prepared food. Fruit salad with high-quality fruit. The accommodation is within walking distance of the Weser.Conclusion: A very clean, loving and tasteful accommodation near the Weser. Also ideal for cyclists.

A great place to stay! Everything completely renovated. The rooms were very nice as was everything else. There is a great terrace from which you can reach the beach in less than 100 m. The breakfast was really excellentand of good quality. We also received a very friendly welcome and the service was really good. There is a bicycle room with charging facilities for bicycles. The location is central, but still quiet. We would stay there again and can definitely recommend the hostel 👍

Even though not everything has been renovated yet, I can only recommend this accommodation. The bikes could be parked at the reception because the actual storage room wasn't finished yet. Very friendly welcome and good breakfast.
