The rooms are a little “retro” but good for staying overnight and above all clean!I stayed here for our Opel meeting and am extremely satisfied. The service was great and the food was absolutely delicious. Keep it up, we’ll be happy to come back 😊

It was terrible, cobwebs on the window, carpeted floor, noisy, I definitely won't go to a hotel like that again because the dog died

The retro rooms are an imposition. The mattress was sagging and the bedding smelled smelly. This meant I couldn't sleep the whole night. Unfortunately I only noticed this at 1am.We complained about this in the morning and a dedicated kitchen worker offered us another room with a balcony. Here the mattresses were better and the bed linen was fresh - the second night was OK.The breakfast isn't worth the €9, it filled you up, it wasn't enjoyable. The friendly, committed and customer-oriented employees should be positively highlighted. In my opinion, the price for a double room is exorbitant, even outside Hamburg.Price-performance is not right here. Especially when you look at the surcharges for the “better” rooms, which hardly come close to the condition you would expect in hotels today. As a budget hotel it would be acceptable.By the way, the wellness area was closed. Reception only open from 10 a.m. on weekends.
