Very centrally located hotel right next to the main train station, easy to reach the old town on foot, but also possible by bus. Very friendly staff with good tips! Rooms exceptionally clean and above all quiet!

The bathroom has no windows and no air conditioning!The room was not cleaned, only new towels were put down. No trash cans emptied, beds made, etc.The breakfast isn't worth 17 euros either, so it's better to go to the bakery next door.Overall ok. Despite the train station next door, it's quiet at night and the city center can be reached quickly.

Good hotel near the train stationThe hotel is basically located in the Paderborn train station, so it is ideal for those traveling by train. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but there is a public parking lot that can be rented, a 3-minute walk away. The rooms are very nice and modernly furnished. I was in a wheelchair accessible room (I don't use a wheelchair). The shower was therefore very spacious and the bathroom was a walk-in shower. But I still felt comfortable, even though I flooded half the bathroom when I showered. The hotel is very well suited and prepared for conferences.

We were able to stay here after our airline postponed the flight by 17 hours. We were very annoyed, but the staff welcomed us very friendly. Since we had already waited in vain at many airports, we were even more grateful for the wonderful breakfast!We are very excited.

Unfortunately it is too loud to open the windows at night. Unfortunately, the breakfast is quite rudimentary and feels like it has been reduced a bit recently compared to shortly after the opening. I've had better breakfasts in other Paderborn hotels.

Good breakfast 👍 and big nice room with a really comfortable bed.Extra + for the large rainwater shower and fridge in the room.Huge minus that the smoking room is out on the pavement in front of the hotel 👎

Newly opened IntercityHotel directly at Paderborn main station. Modern furnishings, friendly and courteous service 24/7. Spacious rooms, many of which are wheelchair accessible, even the hairdryer hangs in a bag at an accessible height. Modern air conditioning and blackout, large beds, practical bathroom. Good quality breakfast buffet with a sufficient selection for only 9 euros. No annoying noises from the train or the cars on the street side. The buses stop right at the corner of the hotel and from there you can go in all directions. Well-stocked train shop (supermarket) in the train building. Overall, highly recommended hotel, I would like to come back...

The hotel at the train station is a few minutes' walk from the old town and of course has great transport connections. A nearby parking space on Rathenaustrasse is very cheap at 8 euros for the entire weekend. The hotel itself is very new, beautifully clean and modernly furnished. The same applies to the rooms. The highlight (and very helpful) for me was the huge city map of Paderborn on the back wall of the bed.The breakfast is rich and leaves nothing to be desired. The breakfast room is also furnished and set up a little differently. You don't feel like you're in a canteen so much as you have individual niches. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the graffiti look in the stairwell and on some of the building elements. I felt very, very comfortable here.

Stylish new hotel building with soundproof windows. Air conditioning, flat screen TV with international programs. Spacious breakfast room on the first floor. everything very tasteful at a very good price-performance ratio. The train station and the city are within walking distance. Free to low-cost parking spaces are available within walking distance of approximately 200 m in an open space in the city.

Perfect stopover hotel. Very well planned, room layout and furnishings perfect, enough storage space, beds excellent, breakfast too. Check in via touch screen; everything extremely clean. When eating, service from living people (:=). Very friendly. It's not surprising that everything seems a bit sterile. If desired, you can also make human contact.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, the noise from the trains is not very noticeable when the window is closed. Breakfast is also excellent and slightly different every day.

The hotel is fairly new, stylish furnishings, service is friendly and helpful. Rooms and beds are comfortable. There was no remote control for the television, probably available at an additional cost.

The room and reception were fine. Except for the shower in the room. Every time you showered, you flooded the bathroom. Despite properly closing the glass door, the bathroom was always flooded. No matter, there were enough towels.But:The breakfast was a complete disaster. The receptionist at breakfast was completely overwhelmed. He was so busy checking off the breakfast guest list that he should have noticed that there were still many breakfast guests missing and the buffet needed to be refilled.When we showed up for breakfast at 9 a.m., the buffet looked like a "leftovers ramp". There were only a few slices of salami and a sausage spread, and only two types of cheese to choose from. All plates were almost empty and were not refilled later. Eggs? I got the last egg, which was almost raw inside and inedible. No new eggs were laid either. Scrambled eggs? None. Jam? Some varieties were empty. Refill? None. Bowls for jam? None. Pancake machine broken.For the last guests who came after us, the buffet was simply empty. For the price of €17.50 per person, it's a complete disgrace.The receptionist at breakfast apologized to us guests, eggs were not delivered, the chef was fired and has his last day today. As it turned out later, he was even the manager of the hotel. I don't want to write down what I think about it right now.If we had known about the state of the breakfast, we would have booked without breakfast and gone to the adjacent bakery. No hassle and a hearty breakfast for half the price.Like many other guests, we complained about the breakfast at reception. We were told that the breakfast price would be deducted from the bill. I'm curious to see if that works.What definitely worked was the coffee machine and the juice bar. But the whole thing doesn't come out anymore.A refund of the breakfast price is the least I expect from the hotel. I would book here again, but definitely WITHOUT breakfast.
