I booked the large holiday apartment with a terrace for 3 days off with my children and we were super happy! 2 bedrooms, bathtub, underfloor heating in the bathroom and for 81€/night including breakfast for 3 people it's just great value for money!!! Highly recommended for a holiday for a small family in the beautiful Lusatian Lake District! The children aged 6 and 8 were able to ride children's bikes and inline skate on the asphalted property while they can relax on the terrace or, alternatively, there is a large communal terrace. In the area, the Dreiweiberner See is particularly suitable for children, for example by cycling around and then cooling off on the beautiful beach (at Hipos Beachbar), the small Froggy Park in Hoyerswerda, the cinema and, after renovation, the leisure pool in Hoyerswerda in bad weather. And of course the numerous other beautiful lakes and beaches in the area. Regarding the one bad review on the phone: I also had an 'unfriendly impression' on the phone when I booked and asked over the phone, but you should take into account that you don't always get a stress-free moment, especially when you're available 24/7 ! When we were there, the hostess was super accommodating and friendly.At this point, thank you again for the great stay!!

A small but nice and clean guesthouse. Mr. Silberbach was open to all questions and very friendly. Nice little room. Breakfast great. I can only recommend it if you want it to be simple but friendly and comfortable.

We wanted to spend New Year's Eve quietly with the whole family, so we chose this guesthouse. My husband already knew these.The guesthouse is a nice accommodation in a quiet area, the outdoor area has been designed with love. We had everything from a large holiday apartment to a double room and everyone who stayed with us was super satisfied.Landlords are really nice. Breakfast selection was also good.....price-performance ratio was perfect.We'll definitely all be back.

A simple, but pleasantly furnished accommodation, but with everything you need to stay overnight and prepare a small meal. Everything was very clean and the hosts responded immediately to every request. The price and performance are absolutely right here.
