A very warm greeting to Ms. Jermann!! Here you still feel like a welcome guest and are warmly welcomed. Ms. Jermann is such a lovely and friendly older woman who makes you feel welcome here and not just a paying guest. Here, every guest is asked about their breakfast wishes and there are "only" two large tables in the rustic Stubn , where guests can have breakfast and where you can strike up a conversation if you want. The rooms are functionally furnished and the bathrooms are clean and well-kept. There is also barrier-free access from the basement, where there is also the carport for vehicles, from where you can reach every floor of the house with the in-house elevator. I wish the Jermann family all the best!!

A wonderful guesthouse where we were warmly welcomed. We were able to stay there for 2 days at short notice during the peak season (a small additional charge of €10 was completely fine). There was an extensive breakfast every morning, which was prepared for us at the desired time. The room was well maintained and we had our own bathroom. Price performance was also great! Deserved 5 stars. The owner was very approachable and kind in a non-intrusive way. Very central location in Berchtesgaden, the bus stop with connection to Königssee and the Almbachklamm was not far from the accommodation (150). We would love to come back 😁

Clean & spacious room, with the basic amenities provided. Ann was helpful and hardworking, getting breakfast ready every morning 7.30 am. Location is a brief walk to the town centre. Carpark space is available, too. There's also an elevator to all levels.

The Gästehaus Jermann is a very special guesthouse in beautiful Berchtesgaden. It is a little higher and you have a wonderful view of the city and the wonderful mountains. The guest house is run by great, nice people and the rooms are simply brilliant. After a sumptuous breakfast you can then enjoy the manyVisit the sights of Berchtesgadener Land. Stayed for two days. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a balcony outside.Everything is cute and warmThe hostess was very kind and the breakfast was very satisfying.I highly recommend that you stay here instead of staying in a hotel 👍

Privately run guest house in the center of Berchtesgaden. Own parking spaces available. Rooms tidy, with a balcony. Ms. Jermann is always approachable and gives tips for things to do. There is even an elevator in the house.

This is a nice guesthouse with a great view. The hostess is a very nice woman who takes care of her guests if they need anything. Breakfast is sufficient. And if something is missing, it will be added if you want. The well-being of the guests is taken care of. We can recommend it. We like to come back every year.

Silent area, very kind personell an just near the centre. We haven´t been there since the pandemi started and I miss Pension Jermann so much! As it looks now, we will come back next summer. Very good breakfast, personally served after your wishes.
