Cozy Gasthaus in the countryside of Germany. Stopped here on a driving holiday with the family. The room was incredibly warm, an A/C in the room would have been nice (we unfortunately missed the curtain on the outside). Otherwise, both the location and the room were good! Very nice staff.Very good activity at the hotel for the children who could play on the climbing frame and trampoline!

Very customer-unfriendly and a rip-off!! Booked through a hotel platform with an arrival time that we had to stick to. They then rejected me, but there was no indication that I had to actively cancel the booking. We assumed that the booking would also be rejected. We then had to book into another hotel. Hours later I received a welcome email from the inn, but I didn't see it until the next day. I immediately wrote back that there was probably a communication problem with the sheet form. I didn't receive an answer and when I asked the booking form several times, the answer was that the inn would charge the full amount, which is what happened. To be honest, misunderstandings can always arise. We were totally stressed that day and misinterpreted ....'s rejection, because it wasn't really worded in a meaningful way (that you still have to actively cancel despite rejecting the desired arrival time). We find it really very negative from the inn, no response to my contact and explanation of the circumstances, just collecting money for nothing. The lesson from this is that we will certainly no longer go to the inn and I will no longer use ......, because you usually get a better price if you call the accommodation directly.

We spent one night here on the way from Sweden to Legoland in Germany with two small children.In general a very nice place to stay, nice rooms and staff. Big plus with a microwave and refrigerator. We really just missed an A/C on the room and perhaps a few more options on the breakfast buffet.

Wonderful family run hotel with restaurant. Very friendly and nice boss. Good dinner and a great breakfast. I was passing through as a cyclist and felt very comfortable.

Very nice rooms, quiet location, savings bank right nearby, rooms are newly renovated and clean.There's a little mold on the bathroom window, but that's more the fault of the guests who don't ventilate after showering.The restaurant is highly recommended, everything is freshly prepared.You can charge your electric car there for 60 cents, the price is ok.

We had very nice days at the Landgasthaus Hofmann. Food was very tasty. We had a family room. The children had a separate room, which was separated from the parents' bedroom by the bathroom. It was large and nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable. Thank you, dear Ms. Hofmann, for the great service.

Very nice rooms with a balcony or terrace, also suitable for wheelchairs/walkers. Dishes, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher are available in the facility, there is a small minus for the shower, there is no curtain, the water when showering is distributed throughout the bathroom. But I would still book there again.

The lack of goodwill in this hotel actually doesn't deserve a star.Despite unforeseen circumstances, the staff was not very accommodating. This lack of flexibility spoiled the experience and discourages me from choosing this hotel again.

We booked a room for €85 and then got a holiday apartment for €110 per night, even though we were promised the apartment would be the same price. The landlady is a bit brutal. Was the first and last time.

Unfortunately, I am really very disappointed with this accommodation.Both of my grandparents are no longer good at walking and so they booked a room on the ground floor, which was no longer available when they arrived due to a flood.What I know from professional accommodations is that if you don't get the room you booked, you are at least informed in advance or, if necessary, given an alternative. If you had been told in advance, you would probably have reconsidered whether you would travel at all, since, as I said, climbing stairs is very strenuous and actually hardly possible, especially for my grandma.The breakfast was also rather disappointing because, even though it was still breakfast time, a lot of it wasn't topped up, which I actually assume is the case if I'm already paying extra for breakfast!After 2 nights, my grandparents decided not to stay there anymore and earlyto leave because climbing stairs was simply not feasible for my grandmother in the long term. Instead of trying to accommodate the two of them in some way, for example with a price reduction (since they didn't get the room as booked and that's why they're leaving) or some other kind of attention, which I personally take for granted if you also look at the price What you pay there, they even had to pay an additional €5 because of the early departure.Unfortunately for me everything was completely unprofessional and disappointing!
