Quaint decor, very friendly service and perfect location in Rothenburg. I didn't think it was so cool that you were practically sitting at a completely set table - I didn't manage to eat everything and unfortunately I wasn't allowed to eat some things because of my health, otherwise I would have packed something else - that made me feel guilty. Still no reason to give less stars because the food was really good and the service was pleasant. We'll be back

A cozy restaurant, where the feeling of being welcome is completely missing. It's just processed without many words and you have the feeling that you want to leave as quickly as possible - hospitality is very important here!Unfortunately the food is just mediocre and nothing special. It's a shame for an otherwise so beautiful place - luckily there are the "one-off tourists"...

We spent a wonderful evening in the cozy ambience of the Altfränkische Weinstube. The food was bombastic, the salad dressing was amazing and the service was very friendly and always available for a chat. Due to its somewhat hidden but central location (2 minutes from the market square), it's a real insider tip!

We only had dinner, so we can not rank the accommodation. The Weinstubn is absolutely beautiful and authentic. However, it lacks warmth. In some strange way, it is not inviting at all.The food was mediocre. The service was friendly but inattentive.Since we're talking about the oldest wine Stube in the city, we decided to try different local red wines. Our recommendation: if you like wine, order a beer. All in all, disappointing.

if you are looking for an interesting, atmospheric place - this is what you need. The restaurant is small but fabulous. You want to look at all the elements of the decor. The menu is simple, but delicious. There are no exquisite and interesting offers, but the interior compensates for everything. We were pleased with the service.

Terrible reception. Place open until 11pm, we arrive at 9.45pm and they tell us ... we are closed. Outside there were many people sitting at the tables eating. Draw your own conclusions. I think tourists are not well received

The reception or dining room is like a warehouse, so there cannot be children. Breakfast is of very high quality, varied and natural. The attention is very friendly, perfect location. Very comfortable rooms. You have to carry a suitcase like in all small hotels.
