We booked the suite as a family and had a very nice time! The room was very spacious, so we didn't get any "camp fever", and clean. We looked forward to breakfast every morning. Nothing was left to be desired! From the smallest (2 years) to the largest travel companion, everyone has found something. The swimming pool and sauna could be booked for exclusive use - there was always a "slot" free.A special thank you and praise to the service!!! Really very nice, friendly staff that fulfilled all your wishes and always had an open ear! Highly Recommended!

Very nice, personally run hotel where the guest is the focus.The swimming pool and sauna could also be used here, in contrast to a provider on the beach who always has problems with this and the service.

We booked the hotel based on the good reviews. Unfortunately we cannot confirm this. The reception was nice and friendly. The room's furnishings had been around for several years. It looked more modern in the pictures. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast, which was much praised here, had a big minus point for us because there were baked rolls that were usually very hard. I can't understand that because the first bakery is a few meters away and I think that you can buy fresh rolls in a small hotel. I also mentioned that, I don't think that's possible in a 4-star hotel.Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't right here. Nevertheless, we had a great week in Borkum.

We were very happy with this beautiful hotel in a quiet location! satisfied. The rooms are clean and very luxuriously furnished. The same applies to the lounge and breakfast room. We also really liked the wellness area. The breakfast was very tasty, varied and plentiful. The housekeeper Stefanie was very friendly, helpful and very interested in our well-being. If you want to spend a relaxing holiday, this house is the first address. Our absolute recommendation!

The economy double room No. 1 on the ground floor is very small. Access to the second bed is very cramped, the desk is completely missing for reasons of space, and there is also no space to properly store two suitcases. Also very visible from the neighboring guest house. Hot tub was out of service the entire stay.Cleanliness, location, friendliness and breakfast were top.

Nice, cozy hotel in a central location. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool with sauna in the basement offers the best relaxation after long walks on the beach. We'd love to come back.

Highly recommended, small, family-run hotel. Service and cleanliness as well as the location couldn't be better. Very nice swimming pool with a small sauna and whirlpool, I really enjoyed my stay! A special highlight were the crispy, fresh rolls at the breakfast buffet! Definitely recommended!
