In March 2022 I booked overnight stays for 5 people in August 2022. Due to the current bad reviews (the hotel is not open at all), I called the hotel. I was informed that the hotel is currently closed (June 2022) due to water damage, but would certainly be open again in August. When I asked in writing, I was told that the hotel was no longer available for individual travelers and that I should cancel so that I wouldn't incur any costs??? I find this approach extremely dubious and more than questionable. I recommend everyone who has booked to check their booking so as not to end up with a closed hotel.

0 stars!It's really an absolute disgrace that the hotel can still be booked normally via various well-known travel sites during the renovations. After a 6-hour drive you find yourself in front of a closed and empty hotel. After 10 calls, someone answered and said he would speak to the manager briefly and then call back. The end: never another sign of life. Of course, you won't find anything else spontaneously about Pentecost.(Maybe the hotel is nice if you can accept a service, but that's really not possible)

My wife booked a room (booking.com), it was all confirmed (even at the date for check-in it was asked which arrival time and confirmed).At the Hotel....closed, whcih was told when calling someone. It should have been cancelled, but wasn't. At least the lady on the phone was nice and helpful, that's why it is two stars.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE PETS.The hotel says it is pet friendly but when I booked and brought my cats they asked me to leave and cancel my booking because they don't accept cats! Aren't cats pets?!I booked for 3 nights. The first night they charged me extra and called me in the middle of the day to tell me I had to leave the last night and after I spoke to them because I was busy they asked me for a deposit , so I could leave. When I got back to the hotel they changed their mind and asked me to leave again as cats are not allowed in the hotel. Like who would say it's pet friendly and doesn't allow cats? Are they aliens or what?Finally I didn't want to stay and left the hotel as I wasn't sure what they have against cats and I would never keep my pet in such a place.In summary, if you want to visit Cologne, have plans and also have pets, this hotel is not the right choice for you. Great overall, loved the remote check in, there was a lot of road noise and the corridor very echoey when people were talking but still managed a good sleep. Well equipped room and an easy 35 minute walk to the airport ( 4am walk was pleasant enough for anyone struggling with the lack of public transport at that time of the morning )

The hotel certainly serves its purpose, the rooms are okay and it's easy to get to the airport by bus. However, the self-check-in system is not exactly error-free and cost a lot of nerves. The double rooms are certainly fine for couples, but the term "double bed" is quite generous. A cheap alternative to get to the airport, but you shouldn't expect great comfort.

The staff was so friendly. The room facilities were good, a refrigerator in the room, an iPad available, if only that were functional.The WiFi conditions were very poor, there was hardly any stable internet connection.The highlight of our stay: I was changing and even though there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door handle, the cleaner still took the right to come in.Something like that is a strong imposition.Customer privacy was severely damaged. And something like that shouldn't happen in a hotel.Our stay was at the end of August 2021.

There was only one towel and not even an extra towel for the feet. But there was still hair from the previous guest and the mold in the shower was just disgusting. The bathroom floor was very dirty...

They clean the bathroom but don't make the bed. We also had a problem with the door system. We couldn't open it from the inside. Only with the application. They did not give us the bottle of water as advertised. The mattress for my taste was too soft and I rolled to the center of it.

I spent 2 months longstay in this hotel from June 1st to July 31st, 2021. The hotel has been completely renovated/refurbished, everything is very new and of high quality.I had a room facing the street, it wasn't exactly quiet but quite acceptable. There is everything you need in the room, in addition to a mini fridge, a kettle, microwave, TV and hairdryer.There is a shared kitchen with a washing machine and dryer which can be used free of charge.There is a snack and coffee machine in the hallway from the parking lot to the hotel.Unfortunately, due to the renovation, the breakfast room was not yet open but that will certainly happen soon.There are always enough parking spaces, but it can get tight due to the many large cars. But I found a replacement in the area free of charge.There was also an e-charging station, which was initially removed.The staff was always very friendly and took care of any problems that arose in an exemplary manner. Thanks at this point to the entire team there.

Visited during winter 2018-2019. Mid-range hotel, with fair service. Room with special air conditioning.For breakfast, the hotel offers a voucher to take consumables from the nearby bakery. The problem is that the offer included in the night is ultra-limited, and for a good breakfast, you have to pay for the rest you take.

No Go Hotel, I booked the hotel for today but the digital key doesn't work and I stayed outside!!!! All other hotels are fully booked and the Hotline Airport Hotel Dürscheidt has no solution for me, I'm exhausted

I'm very impressed by the hotel, very nicely done, you have everything you need in the rooms, kettle, microwave, fridge, very nicely decorated. Even a guest kitchen, which is a huge advantage. And very friendly and nice staff. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back.
