Just a stone's throw to the south beach! The location is very quiet - my room (1st floor) is also wonderfully quiet and great for sleeping. Sink with mirror cabinet in the room, the shower room with toilet is right next door. The room is nicely and functionally furnished with wood (bed, wardrobe, secretary, chair and small shelf). A cozy tea kitchen with TV can be used.The landlord (gentlemen of old age) lives on the ground floor. He is always approachable and willing to provide information.The price/performance ratio is great! You have to make your own breakfast, but there are plenty of bakers in town who are happy to do the work for you!
