Since 2000 we have been guests in this house every year except for two years. As a rule, we booked the junior suites or the suites. My in-laws also accompanied us for many years.We had planned a visit to this house again this year. A request for an offer via email was not processed. We also did not receive an offer when we asked by telephone. Even when we informed the hotel after another month that our request had been resolved and that we had found a suitable alternative in another hotel (they sent us the desired offer within half an hour), they did not contact us. This is how you can deal with regular guests, but I doubt whether it makes sense.But it was exciting to see that we met a number of guests from the Inselhotel VierJahrsZeiten again in the new hotel. And they also noticed that the service here was simply not good anymore.

It was nice days in this hotel, nice service, good breakfast.The only thing missing from the room is a minibar.I'd love to come back

Haus Seeblick is partly in need of renovation (corridors and stairwell), which is particularly noticeable because the main entrance has already been renovated. Rooms are good, staff were very helpful. However, there were some bottlenecks at breakfast. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Good hotel restaurant.

The hotel is in a top location. Directly by the sea. Right in the city. Unfortunately, the breakfast is set up very carelessly. Everything could be presented better with lettuce leaves and grapes. Breakfast was only grade 4 in our opinion. The breakfast room needs to be renovated again. Carpeting very dirty. A laminate floor could be installed there. The walls could be freshened up with beautiful photo wallpapers of the sea and coast. We didn't feel comfortable at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was often empty. We often had to ask the waitress to refill it.

Terrible, I'm glad we were only there for 3 days. Glad to be home again. Photos show the escape routes outsideThe star only because I have to put at least one so that it gets posted. The star is swindled, like everything else.

Although it is a four star hotel, the furnishings are no longer up to date. The design of the rooms feels 30 years old and no longer meets modern requirements. Furniture, lights and wallpaper are outdated. The tiles in the bathroom are unimaginative white and decorated with a few bird patterns. The shower curtain in the shower also doesn't belong in a four-star hotel. All in all, the rooms are rather disappointing. The wellness area also appears sterile, like an operating room. Far from comfort and wellness. Accordingly, the sauna was always empty.
