Posthus Borkum Ferien Appartments

I stayed at the Posthus in Borkum for two weeks for work reasons, and last night my employer sent me an email saying that the staff had broken into my apartment, touched my personal belongings and taken me in without any notice moved my colleague's room. When we returned, my things were packed and in my colleague's room. In the afternoon I was informed that I would be given another apartment. However, when we returned there was no key for the new apartment. I had to call the cleaner to be let in, but I still didn't have the key to the new apartment, so I had to leave it unlocked while I went to dinner with my valuables inside. During these events, no one from the property was available and no one answered our calls.I stayed at Posthus in Borkum for work for two weeks, and on the last night, my employer sent me an email saying that the staff had entered my apartment, handled my personal belongings, and moved me to my colleague's room without informing me at all .When we returned, my belongings were packed up and in my colleague's room. In the afternoon, I was told that I would be getting a different apartment. However, when we got back, no key was left for the new apartment. I had to call the cleaner to let me in, but I still didn’t have a key to the new apartment, so I had to leave it open with my valuables inside when I went out for dinner. Throughout these events, no one from the accommodation was reachable, and no one answered our calls.

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxed. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Agata, she fulfilled all of our wishes (very sweet and friendly fairy). Rooms were very clean, large (we had a 2-room apartment), kitchen fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator), the beach can be reached in just a few minutes. Rossmann and Edeka nearby, but we did our shopping at Lidl. It was a bit far, about 3 km, but cheaper. Simply put, 5 stars!!! We recommend!!!

We received a very friendly welcome. The apartment is much nicer than in the photos and was really sparkling clean. The location is also perfect, everything is within walking distance (beach, pedestrian zone, restaurants,...). We would love to come back. See you soon.

The apartment was really great and compared to the photos on the site, everything has probably been modernized again,therefore much nicer than seen in the photos. There is also now an elevator.Despite the very central location, it is pleasantly quiet.Overall I had a great time there, it certainly wasn't the last time I was there...
