We were there for dinner. The food was excellent. Very very tasty. Fast and very friendly service. Prices are reasonable. We wouldn't have expected such a great Italian behind this facade. A real surprise.

The welcome was warm, the service and the chef himself asking if everything was okay, we thought it was great and felt very comfortable. Everything is very clean, the beer garden invites you to linger for a long time. We got a soup that we knew from before but is no longer on the menu and was made especially for us. no waiting times, all in all a wonderful evening. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back. Keep it up .

We booked half board and were not disappointed. The food was very good and freshly prepared. The restaurant is run by Italians. Everyone is very nice and attentive. The breakfast was also very good.

There is a fairly inconspicuous Mediterranean restaurant here, but it doesn't have to hide.The pizza is a delight and a price of €12-16 is absolutely justified.The service staff was very accommodating and always friendly.Rarely does such a pleasant atmosphere exist in such a small town.

A cute little hotel. Our room was small but cute and clean. The staff was very friendly. The boss Amarildo makes everything possible. You can watch the stone oven pizza straight from the oven...on the table. The food overall was very tasty. We liked it.

We were just in the restaurant. Unfortunately not recommended. The minestrone was made from frozen vegetables and the ragout fin tasted like it came from a can…The pizza was ok.

The hotel is really cute and very tastefully decorated. The reception there was also very friendly.What wasn't right was the breakfast service. The first morning we were the only ones. Some of the food was probably not that fresh, but it was still OK. On the second morning about 5 tables were occupied and something was constantly missing. The young woman was also constantly running. It would have helped if they had a service car, which certainly existed, had larger carafes and simply put a little more there right from the start.We also tried the Italian restaurant one evening. That was ok. A typical Italian. Unfortunately the beer had no foam and was warm.

The hotel is a bit old. The rooms could use a little renovation. But everything is really very clean and comfortable. The staff is super nice and you feel very welcome. The hotel is a bit far from the beaten track within Jonsdorf, but the surrounding area and excursion destinations are easily accessible by car from here. The restaurant really deserves special mention. Untypically, the food here is Italian, but at such a high level that you don't have to hide from top addresses in big cities. We tried a lot of things on the menu, everything was delicious. Especially the pizza from the stone oven. We felt very comfortable here and recommend the hotel.

We were there over Easter.The surroundings in the Zittau Mountains are very beautiful.The hotel doesn't have a bit of the charm from 'GDR times'. But the rooms are very nicely renovated. The breakfast is very good. And the service too.Anyone looking for peace and relaxation is in good hands at the Zittau Hut.
